We loved this condo. Beautifully decorated with all the things you might need. Balcony overlooks the beach and ocean - perfect place for morning coffee or to sit and read.

Easy check-in. Great location. The unit has plenty of room. Great view. The owner provided very precise instructions to check in. This complex is gated and tucked away in a great corner of the beach.

We enjoyed are stay here, the condo was perfect. Direct access to the beach. Angela was able to accommodate us with an early check in which was perfect. Everything you need in the condo it’s there. Even umbrella and chairs for the beach no need to rent. Place was spacious and the balcony view amazing. If you get up right at sunrise you can see dolphins swimming right from the balcony. We plan to come back next year but staying a little longer. Some minor cons. One out of the two elevators did not work all day, we’re on the 5th floor so a busy day we waited a lil bit. But it was fixed the next day. The front door could use some painting very worn, but the inside of the condo very cozy. I suggest labeling utensil & kitchen items in the kitchen, they supply everything you need but it’s a chore looking in all the drawers and cabinets for it. But i think it would be helpful. But overall great place and we would return.

We stayed here for a girls weekend & greatly enjoyed everything. Our communication with the property owner was wonderful. She allowed us to check-in early. This was greatly appreciated as we drove all night to get to the location. The condo had everything we needed, including a wonderful balcony to sit on, chair, comfy beds, coffee, towels & umbrellas for the beach.We would definitely stay here again

Great place, hostess and location!

This was a beautiful condo in a great, quiet complex. We love Perdido Key for it's proximity to the National Seashore and this was our first (but not our last) time in this particular complex. Angela's condo was set up beautifully with nice furnishings both inside and out on the balcony. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have experienced with both a coffee maker and Keurig and decent pots and pans. Everything was updated. Having nice beach chairs already there was great for our son and family as it saved them packing space. Angela was very responsive to my questions.

The condo was perfectly located and very comfortable. Angela was very responsive and the check in/out instructions were very complete. The unit was stocked with everything one would need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look into renting this unit again.

Angela’s condo was beautifully decorated, clean and equipped. I loved having the balcony, and the window view overlooking the water. The kitchen had everything needed and more to make our meals. The furniture was very comfortable and cozy! Angela is the perfect hostess! She is very amiable, accommodating and prompt to respond. I highly recommend her place, and I am looking forward to my next stay!

Property was as described. Angela was very prompt in responses and thank you for the candy and wine! Nice welcoming touch. Very quiet resort and well maintained. The condo is beautifully decorated, and well stocked. Although clean and we had no real complaints, the condo could use a deep clean and refresh in some areas. Obvious signs, of high occupancy and use. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful home, fabulous view from the balcony, and comfortable beds and furniture. The sandy beach has beautiful white sand and it is not too far to walk across to get to the beach… really liked that part of it! The water was so clear after the storms passed we could see our feet at the bottom. Great host and all around perfect beach vacation.

Great Family Fun Environment

Absolutely loved the condo at Sandy Key! First of all- if you’re looking for a less crowded, low key location this is the condo for you! We wanted a relaxing vacation away from the busy beach towns such as Destin or Fort Walton. This was the best decision we made! The beach was never crowded, the pools on the property were perfect. The owner Angela was so sweet and any questions we had she was always available and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Ps - if you decide to do a dolphin cruise book with the Sunny Lady. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Angela for everything!
