Whitecap beach just steps away from your front door. The sunrises are amazing! Secure pool/jacuzzi access. Well maintained and clean room. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice trip to the area!

The only thing I would change next time for my visit was stay in a top condo because we had a family of five above us with many small children and they were constantly running up and down their condo past 11 pm. I don’t fault the complex for the noise but it did make sleeping difficult. Just be mindful if you stay in this unit of the noise level from above. Overall I loved the location but will stay in a top condo next time.

Safe paved sidewalks. Plenty of space. Full sized appliances in the kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect size for us! My 2 year old grand daughter was with us and it was perfect! Having the beach right outside the front door was by far, my favorite part!

The location was great and the condo was clean, but the check in process seemed to be just one thing after another rather than asking for it all at once. I'd be forgiving if it was just one person doing it, but this is a company running the rentals, so they should know better.

The condo is in the perfect location, super convenient, but not in the middle is everything, not crowded. The hot tub is actually hot, the shower has awesome pressure, it was so nice to just walk on the beach and not have to worry about losing keys or forgetting something. Bed was comfy. We would stay again for sure!

Was right on the beach, loved the view and atmosphere. To us it was worth extra cost compared to renting units on the side of the building that would have faced straight into parking lot, we instead got beautiful beach view. Property comfortable for two adults and one child in our case, but two would be ok as well.

Best time of year for retired folks to go... no kids screaming or running around. The beach was nearly empty. Sitting on the patio and watching and hearing the surf while drinking a glass of wine. Life is great!

Location was fantastic! Condo was clean and comfortable and really cute. Only issue was the tv was hard to figure out with 2 seperate remotes. But who watches tv with that view anyway!!

We enjoyed the beachfront condo. The beach is footsteps away. The staff is so helpful and the property is well maintained. The communication with Padre Escapes is quick and they quickly take care of any concerns. We throughly enjoyed this stay. We will be back. Glen Rose, Texas

Great location, quiet, relaxing, and very quick walk to the beach. Witnessed a beach wedding which speaks for the beautiful area to hold such a special event!

Tropical Storm Alberto came in the day before our arrival and flooded the streets and beach access. You would have to travel in 3 to 4 foot of water to reach the property so we were not able to stay in the condo. All of our fishing charters were cancelled so we called the management company to see if we could move our stay to another time. The management company would not work with us at all on crediting us or moving our stay dates to another time. We were going with a group of friends that all had reservations at different properties in the same area and all got either refunds or credits to come on a different date. This property was the only one in our group that would not work with their guest.
