Beachfront resort condo with Gulf view, pools & gym - walk to Pier Park

View was picturesque and the unit was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was how complicated it was to get parking. Vacasa was no help after several texts and phone calls. I had to wait till the HOA office opened in the morning to get parking situated. Luckily Calypso security let us park in the oversized vehicle overnight.

Living area and rooms were very clean and nice. Great Balcony and view of Gulf!Pool was very dirty. Skimmer wasnt doing its job. Water temp was very good for Oct. Tiki bar hours of operation are poor! You can't claim to have a tiki bar if its almost never open. Toilets stuggle to flush

Over all a nice place. A few maintenance things would help improve the stay, but over all a good place to stay and would stay there again.

Fantastic views and accommodations!

We love staying at Calypso for Thunder Beacg because of the short walk to venders, Donovan’s and Pier Park. And of course it’s on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in several different condos here. Always a fantastic experience. This was no exception, beautiful place, beautiful views.

Nice condo, great location

The Condo itself was nice. The issues we had were the living room TV remotes did not work, even after changing the batteries. The second sink in the master bath was clogged and it was hard to coordinate schedules with Maintenace so it was not fixed before we left. The wifi did not work well. It would just spin. It would connect for a few minutes then be kicked off again. We did like the location as it was within walking distance to pier park. The biggest issue was the huge fight rings on the beach directly below our condo EVERY night. 100's of teens/college aged people literally fighting. We called security and was told that their jurisdiction ended at the pool. Understandable, but they were so loud. All the units around us were complaining. Why cant Calypso call police? We were told we had to call. We did not but units around us did. After looking online, I realized these fight rings are common all year round and Calypso is the meet up place for them. We could not take our kids crabbing at night on the beach for fear of these fight rings. We will not be staying at Calypso again for this reason. There also are very few pool chairs. There is room for more, however they did not have many out.

Clean property great location

This was our favorite unit to date at Calypso. The decor was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the place was clean. The toaster was broken upon arrival, but they had a new one delivered the same day I reported it. I would definitely stay here again.
