Living space
The open living area is designed for gathering, with comfortable seating and a queen sleeper sofa that adds flexibility for larger groups. Step out to the balcony to take in gulf views with your morning coffee, or bring the whole group together for a movie night after a long day in the sun. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable no matter how warm it gets outside, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected.

Two full bathrooms mean no morning queues after a late night out.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. Sit down at the dining table together or take your plate out to the balcony and eat with the gulf as your backdrop.

Resort amenities
Shores of Panama delivers the kind of resort access that keeps guests busy from sunrise to sunset. Swim laps in the heated indoor pool, float through the lagoon-style pool, or ease into one of the shared hot tubs. The poolside tiki bar is ready when you need a cold drink, and onsite dining options - including a coffee and donut shop, pizza shop, and tiki grill - mean you don't need to go far for a meal. The gym is available when you want to stay active, and beach access, beachfront water sport rentals, picnic and grilling areas, a covered parking garage, and meeting facilities round out the on-site offerings.

Complimentary activities
Your stay includes $510 in complimentary activities - a standout perk that goes well beyond the property itself. The package covers a round of indoor black light mini golf, a $20 Power Card for Dave and Busters, a sunset and dolphin watching sailing cruise, a ticket to Lit on the Lagoon Glow Tiki Bar Cruise, admission to Just Jump Trampoline Park, daily entry to Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and rounds of golf at Bay Point and Windswept Dunes Golf Clubs.

Centrally positioned along Panama City Beach, you're steps from the water and within walking distance of Pineapple Willy's and local dining favorites. Top attractions - WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, and Signal Hill Golf Course - are all close by, making it easy to build out a full itinerary without driving far.

Very easy to get ahold of the owner of property! We absolutely loved it, plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The view is amazing, it was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the band play! The kitchen is also very well stocked for whatever cooking you want to do.

Cleanliness of the condo was not up to my expectations. Upon arrival, there was a pair of men’s swim trunks left hanging up in the primary bedroom. Inspecting the rest of the condo, there were stains in the living room rug, rust on the air conditioner vents, shower curtain was ripped in the primary bathroom, our refrigerator took forever to cool which in return caused us to have to throw away several groceries, curtain rods were broke in the living room, neither balcony doors locked so on our first night we had to sleep with them unlocked (maintenance came and fixed that mid day the next day), and there was a cord that was hanging out loosely from the balcony trim that my 5 year old daughter tripped and almost fell and hit her head on the balcony because of it. It also wasn’t listed that construction was going on right by our condo room, which I know it can’t be avoided sometimes l, but I feel like it should be disclosed in the listing especially with it being right outside your balcony and front entrance door. All in all, will not book hear again. Thankfully, we weren’t in the room much but to sleep.

Our stay went well; location is convenient to local restaurants and the grocery store so that's a plus when you have multiple children. The Shores is going through some much needed updates, which should include their parking deck system-- it was broken most of the trip. Parking spots are TIGHT. The unit itself was clean but could use some new rugs and updating. It was not as spacious as we thought it would be but we made it work. Overall, Sail Away was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would recommend whomever they have cleaning the unit get the mold out of the washing maching, front loaders are notorious for this.

The room was as described. Did not notice in pictures but no TV in master bedroom. Facility was nice and has great potential, however our week had a lot of maintenance being done. The front lobby was closed, the pool was getting work done on it so it was drained and closed. (Weather was not the best for using it anyway) Work was being done on the balconies' (which was known) not this unit. Since most of the common area was closed, did not really walk around the property much. Went from garage to room. Would most likely stay here again if going to Baseball Fest.

We had a great stay at Shores of Panama 323. The view was great and exactly as pictured online. The condo was beautifully decorated. Check in process was easy. Super handy to have the reserved parking and on the same floor as the condo. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen did not have a lot of supplies, but otherwise everything was perfect. Owners always answered questions quickly. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

This place feels very hectic for our tastes. The elevator was slow, the whole place felt loud and busy vs calm. The whole building seemed to need maintenance. Chris, a maintenance person there was very helpful when our door lock needed batteries. This unit, which sleeps eight only had three coffee cups. I also wish it had some non-breakable dishes/cups for kids. The bathroom rugs appeared dirty and there was a false eyelash stuck to the throw blanket in the living room. The unit is very nicely decorated. The pool was pretty, just super cold considering it is October. The beach was super crowded. The parking spaces are super tight and take serious talent to park if you have a larger vehicle. We will choose a smaller, more maintained, more friendly, less busy resort in the future.
