The condo was very nice! Location was phenomenal!

Our condo was perfect: clean, had incredible views of the ocean, and was well equipped with all kinds of cooking supplies. Ample room for myself and my son and granddaughter. My one time of contacting management resulted in a swift response and solution to a minor issue. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, we had our own elevator: my granddaughter loved that feature. Planning to return again soon and rent from this owner.

While we appreciated the private elevator, the beautiful view, and direct beach access, we encountered several issues that left us feeling a bit disappointed with maintenance in the apart 3 out of 7 days. The condo does need some TLC which I have shared so hopefully these are addressed. The 1 free ticket activities was a nice perk we utilized, but couldn’t maximize them due to one of the boat company’s dock repairs.

The condo was perfect. Great location. Pool was really nice. There were beach chairs and boogie boards available which was nice.

the condo was super clean and loved the elevator and the closeness to the water. The view was amazing especially the sunsets. The condo was well stocked with everything we could need except a beach umbrella would've been nice. We did rent a beach package thru xplorie which was easy to use and convenient. the location is great, too, easy drive to and from the airport. Could not have been happier except maybe the matresses in both bedrooms could've been more comfortable and the master bathroom could use a remodel but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. We talked about visiting again next year!

We had a wonderful time, the beach view is beautiful and the kids loved it! We will definitely come back!

We enjoyed this spacious condo. The private elevator was excellent; we used it every day. The designated parking spot was much appreciated. We complied with the request to leave the a/c at 72 degrees, but would have liked it lower. The noise from other units was disturbing, but understandable. The kitchen was adequately furnished; guest bathroom was very nice.

It was in a great location. The view was great. The pool was a bonus as well.

Great spot to be in! Within walking distance of restaurants and ice cream. Right on the beach! Pool was never packed. Only downside was parking was tight in the marked spots and the bathroom in the main room smelled after a few days due to drainage. Overall would still recommend as you could park in the guest parking!!

Location is amazing - beach never crowded - close to restaurants and shopping - outstanding views of the Gulf of America.

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. A few things that would have been a nice touch, i.e.; hooks behind the hall bathroom door, a box of tissues in both bathrooms, hangers in each closet to hang skirts and dress slacks. The closest door in the master bedroom was off the hinge, would have been nice if that was fixed before we arrived. The furniture in the family room area was very comfortable and the lighting in the condo was good. The very small TV in the bedroom was replaced after Diane had a conversation with the owners. Thank you for taking care of that so quickly. The people in Unit #N had a dog that barked a lot. Every morning we could hear the dog barking, that was disappointing. We had a great vacation and hope to return next year. Thank-you!

The location was amazing. The condo was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable but the pillows were flat and worn. The couch was very lumpy and quite uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was rusty and worn. There was a lot of noise from the next-door condo as well as the condo above.

The area, beach and restaurants are great. Pool is nice and heated. The condo needs updates especially the furniture, very uncomfortable, and bathrooms. Kitchen dishes are sparse.

The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, offering breathtaking views and stunning sunsets. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance, making it very convenient.The unit features a private elevator, which had some issues during our stay, but it was repaired within a day. While the interior feels a bit older and slightly tired, everything functioned well, and honestly, you'll want to spend most of your time enjoying the beach or the pool anyway.There was some initial confusion with the elevator keys, but the host was very responsive and that was resolved in about 30 minutes. The building can be a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t anything unmanageable.Overall, this unit is ideal for a family with two kids, and we’d happily stay here again!

The check in instructions weren’t clear and the elevator keys weren’t we they were listed. The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and cheap…one had a big hole in it. No soap by any sink. No salt. The sofa is worn out and very uncomfortable. The view is beautiful. The location is great. The layout of the condo is nice.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The beach was so close and easy to get to along with the grocery store and several restaurants. We even got to meet some of the owners of the other units at the pool who were super nice and friendly.
