Beachfront - Private Beach - Pool - Renovated 2025

Location was great! Being right on the beach with the ocean views was the best part. The pool is small but was never crowded. The beach chairs/umbrella was a must and glad it was provided. The condo itself was roomy and had everything we needed. Had a musty smell the first day but that subsided thankfully. The mater bed was very soft but sunken in and was not comfortable.

Love the location of the unit! It’s on the second floor directly overlooking the pool and beach.

Great location, clean facility easy access that sits right on the beach your .4 miles away from Winn-Dixie private beach access with chairs and umbrella service. Washer and dryer is not in the units, but is available on site for a fee ,security gates so no one other than the residence and Owners will be in the facility.

Enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Pool was also great. We would book again.

The view from the living room and kitchen were breathtaking. There is an unobstructed view of the beach and gulf from the Master bedroom and also the living room. The condo is gorgeous and very spacious. The decor is beautiful and very up to date. We enjoyed our stay and felt quite at home. What a fabulous place to stay in Miramar Beach!!

Really enjoyed property. Great location. Only drawback, it's really close to pool. Management was great. Had small issue, was addressed quickly. Would definitely rent again.

Easy check in, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful view, balcony directly on top of pool. Easy to watch kids.

The condo was clean, spacious, and worked well for our family. We especially appreciated the daily beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella—it was convenient and ensured we always had a spot on the beach. Each morning, the grounds crew was out early keeping everything tidy, which didn’t go unnoticed.A few things to note for future guests:•Kitchen: The listing mentioned a stocked kitchen with seasonings, but there weren’t any provided—not even salt or pepper—so be sure to bring your own.•Laundry: The on-site laundry is 2.25 to wash and 2.00 to dry. You’ll also need to bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. The machines do accept cards.•Grills: There are two electric grills on the property shared by all guests—not private, but usable.•Bathroom: The master shower was clogged from the first night. While maintenance came out initially without success, a plumber was sent the next day and resolved the issue.•TVs: The guest bedroom TV remote had ongoing issues even after replacing the batteries. The master bedroom TV is cable only and not a Smart TV.•Supplies: If you’re staying for a full week, plan to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels—what’s provided won’t last a full week for a family.Despite a few hiccups, the view from this unit overlooking the pool and ocean was truly perfect. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this condo to friends.
