BEACHFRONT, Private beach, Free Chair service, Clean/Newly Renovated, Near all!

Love this condo! Location to beach is awesome, and the beach was perfect. Will book again!

We stayed at this property for a girls back to school weekend. I chose this property because it was directly on the beach and in very close proximity to the shops and restaurants in Alys and Rosemary. We were able to bike with a 5 and 9 year old to dinner and shopping several times. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The beach chair setup each day was very nice since dad wasn’t with us to help carry chairs and umbrellas! Would love to return again.

The view as soon as you walk in is amazing! So nice to be able to sit on the deck for breakfast or dinner and hear/see the water. Was great being just stairs away from the beach and having the umbrella and chairs already set up everyday. The only thing was we still had to get up extremely early just to make sure we got a set in the front row by the water because others who rent them get precedent. Would have been nice to just assign the same set for us the whole week. The condo was very clean, well stocked, and was a good exercise walk to rosemary and back. Was a beautiful way to celebrate our 30 year anniversary! Would definitely stay again!

Condo was clean and well stocked. It has an old Florida feel. It is very small. Notice: 2 bedrooms - one is basically a loft up a very narrow spiral staircase. This is a third floor unit with no elevator. Although the beach in front is private, the public access path is next door so there will be a trail of folks, tents, kids, etc making their way to the beach. If non of this is a problem, it is a nice unit.

We loved our stay at Mistral 20. Shirl was wonderful to communicate with from the start. Her condo is in a perfect location, and the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry were abundantly stocked with everything we needed and more. If it works out, we will definitely vacation here again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I stayed with three of our adult children (26-29 year olds). The beach was an easy walk down two staircases. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or an afternoon reading a book. The bottom bunk was usable for our average height 26 yr old daughter, our 6' son-in-law would not have fit on either bunk. The condo was well stocked with all the basic kitchen, linen and basic paper goods for our week stay.The only negatives are it is a bit of a walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops (I recommend bikes), and the mattresses were a little too soft for our liking but we were still able to get good sleeps. If we return to this area for another vacation I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect getaway spot! My husband and I came for our 10 year anniversary and the condo was amazing. The views, chair rentals coming with the condo rental, location and Shirl- all incredible. Wonderful communication! We will for sure be back.

We loved this property very much! We've been coming to 30A for many years and usually stay in Seacrest/Rosemary/Inlet - walking distance to the restaurants. This time, we wanted to stay away from the Spring Break crowds so we opted to be lightly further down the beach. It was really nice and we loved the beautiful view, private beach area, and easy access to everything. The owners were great and responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again!

We've stayed in Mistral properties several times and this was by far our favorite unit. The beds and furniture were so comfortable, the views were unobstructed and to die for, and the convenience was top-notch. Shirl was an excellent communicator and gracious host!

Lovely condo with everything you need for a great stay. Clean, cute, comfortable. The best part for our family is that it was right on the beach so we could go in for lunch then right back out, or even spend evenings on the beach. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We had no problems while we were there.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 kids and it was wonderful. The bunks were big enough for my small kids (ages 8 and 9), the location was great, and the beach was not too crowded.

The condo and private beach were a big hit for us. We appreciated the chair set and not having to fight for a good view. The condo was super clean and the balcony was perfect.
