Loved watching the sun rise from the beach. It’s a very well stocked condo with all the blankets, pillows and kitchen accessories you could ever want! Thank you!

This place was not only beautiful but it was full appointed with everything we needed! The he’d baby stuff, beach stuff, games, and everything we needed in the kitchen to make a full family meal.

Great condo convenient to the beach.

My grandmother is no stranger to FL as she and my late grandpa were snow birds in St. George Island for nearly 30 years… after losing my grandfather in April of 2024 my Grandma stopped traveling as it was no longer safe for her to do distance like that alone… he best friend lives in FL and I decided this summer that we were all going to make the trek to the beach… my grandma didn’t want to stay on the gulf side because she’d been on that side for years… and going where she and my grandpa has for years would have just been to painful. I found New Smyrna Beach… and instantly fell in love. What an amazing experience… for folks of all ages! 83, 82, 38, 15, 12, and 12…were all a part of this trip and so much fun was had by all! The condo was the most well stocked condo I have EVER stayed at! The location was perfect. The maintenance crew for the grounds cleaned every single day… it was incredible! 10/10 will stay here again!!!

Had an amazing and relaxing stay at this condo! Very clean and cute beachy vibe. Walking distance to the pool and beach and all amenities were nicely included. No complaints whatsoever and area was located perfectly to downtown with a guide to the area since we’re out of towners. Will be coming back again! Thank you for an amazing stay!! :)

We love the property, amenities and location in NSB. Beach is very accessible with plenty of room.

Condo is located steps from the most beautiful beach. Pool area is lovely too. This was our first visit to NSB and we enjoyed it all. Was a bit disappointed that there were no restaurants within walking distance but many great ones within a 10 minute drive.

The condo is well equipped and decorated beachy. Everything you need is there. Though there is no ocean view it is a quick walk to the pool area and ocean. There is ample seating both inside and out. Highly recommend.
