Beachfront Penthouse w/ Ocean Views & Pool – Walk to Pier☀️

Love the rooftop it was great. Everything was with in walking distance perfect.

The host sent a text and told us that they didn’t realize the building was still under construction and there might be 2-3 hours of work left on Monday morning. The text was sent Monday morning.when we checked in on the Friday before there was caution construction tape. So they knew full well it wasn’t complete and rented the unit anyway. The jackhammering was all day Monday and started right away at 8:00 am Tuesday morning. We checked out on Tuesday. Owners should not be allowed to get away with rented units and not informing guests ahead of time.

Master shower could use updated. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Close to restaurants and the BEACH. We will be back for another stay. Thanks for having us stay with you.

The property exceeded our expectations on every count. The building is very well maintained, the pool and all the extra amenities took the stress out of vacationing! The rental itself was clean, nicely decorated and well provisioned. This was a gem of rental and we look forward to returning in the future!

Everyone was friendly at this place a very chill vibe. The room was perfect for 4 people, 5 was pushing it as there wasnt a good spot for the air mattress altho it was a very good one. Plus the 5th person would have to go to the bathroom in the night so would have to disturb the others sleep as both bathrooms are in bedroom. Make sure 5th and 6th person are kids and youll be fine. Gave it 4 stars because it seemed pretty pricey for an older building. It was renovated but some parts showed its age, for sure showers!

Very subjective because it’s hard not to compare with other places we stay. It’s old and very small. But, it was indeed adequate. The location is great as very short walk to beach. Quiet as most people were mature that were there. We enjoyed the balcony which views the ocean. Close to pier so we could go get a drink while on the beach. We enjoyed many good restaurants nearby as well as close grocery stores. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The management quickly responded if we had a question.

Clean and a lot of supplies in the kitchen. Only thing is that the furnitures do look a bit old. View was not as impressive as advertised but still pretty good.

The apartment has been well looked after and stocked will all that we needed for a restful time by the ocean. The bedrooms are comfortable and the living area has enough of a beach view that you always feel like you're ocean side. The condo complex as a whole is quiet and filled with other families looking for a warm break away from the hustle and bustle. The suppport staff are always on hand with anything that needs attention. If you time it well for a Cape Canavaral rocket launch the views from the roof are excellent.

Great location, beautiful beach and an easy wake to grocery, restaurants and actives. We would stay here again.
