Beachfront Penthouse on Indian Rocks- Family favorite and best location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been going to Indian Rocks Beach since the late 1970s. This is the first time I’ve stayed in this unit. I can say this. It’s well taken care of and in excellent condition. Property management company was great to work with. I love the private elevator and the beautiful view from the top floor. Walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to other services like grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. I would stay here again.

Beach view was great, parking was convenient and felt safe. Elevator was dirty and had a soft spot in the floor. The grill was in a horrible spot in the parking area, wish it was closer to the pool area. The bathroom shower did not drain so by the end if the shower you were standing in a few inches of water. The unit could use some upgrades, i know the sea salt air can rust stuff easily so i wasn't surprised, but over all it was a great location and we enjiyed being there.

Wonderful stay for my family of 5. We loved the beach and dips in the pool. Close to many amenities. Hope to stay there again.

The host was amazing. Excellent communication. This Beachfront Penthouse is incredible, furnished like a home away from home. The balcony and the balcony furniture were a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The location of this property is excellent. We were able to walk to several great restaurants. The private elevator is a luxury! We hope to be back next year at this time!

Had a wonderful experience. Condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very accommodating. Loved having an elevator that goes directly to the condo and having a front row view to seeing dolphins in the ocean every day. Had great weather. Plenty of things to do in and around Indian Rocks Beach. Looking forward to visiting again!

This unit is beautiful and very spacious. There were 6 of us, and it had plenty of space for all of us and our belongings. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen is definitely stocked. We cooked meals a few nights and had everything we needed. The view from the sliding glass door to the balcony is gorgeous. My kids especially loved the pool and how clean it was. We absolutely loved our stay, and it was also a pleasure to work with Sue. We locked the deadbolt on the main door out of habit and forgot the elevator key, which meant we were locked out of the unit. To our luck, Sue was just down the road, came to our rescue, and was very sweet! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this beautiful unit, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

The private elevator and assigned parking space are great perks! The only complaint is that it was hot in the master bedroom even using the ceiling fan and two box fans. The vent to the room was not blocked and the air filter was clean. That room may just get more direct sunlight during the day. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely rent this condo again.

Overall this property was great for a trip to the beach and escape from winter! We loved the balcony and easy access to the beach....literally walk off the elevator and its a few steps away! The pool was heated and felt like bath water which was great on days when it was mid 60's , my kids swam in the pool daily. During our stay the elevator was being repaired in some way and so anyone could get off at our condo which I didn't like because I have young kids and that just didn't feel safe. The last full day we saw someone working on the elevator and it never worked again from there.....this left my husband having to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs upon leaving. The beach chairs provided were all very rusty and I had rust on my hands for majority of our stay and it stained our swimsuits as well. That was frustrating, but they had beach toys and umbrella which was great. The other issue was the tub/shower water in the kids bathroom (guest bath) was either cold or burning hot, no in between. We all ended up in the much smaller master bath to get clean. The guest bathroom was much larger and so I ended up in that bathroom getting ready more often than the master. Overall great property, but the few hiccups we had the management group was very fast to fix. The view and easy beach access made up for all of that! We did see dolphins during our stay as well.
