Beachfront PCB condo w/gulf views, heated pools, Starbucks, gym, restaurants

First thing we noticed was tiny narrow shotgun hallway leading to small kitchen/living room area and small balcony. The was mold all over the ceiling to left above kitchen and tv. Lint trap in dryer was about 3 inches thick so I fixed that. Knob on cabinet draw fell of fight away and appeared to have been previously broke and glued back on. Curtain for master bath shower was under sized, water goes everywhere from shower into bathroom floor. Stayed in far nicer condos at other beaches with far better amenities offered. Nothing bad against the host as far info and communication. Overall extremely disappointed by condo unit and condo building itself. Very low scale and straight. I deployed with the military multiple times so I know what rough conditions were, however, I wasn’t paying 300 a night for those conditions. Again, nothing bad in reference to the host.

Second time staying at emerald beach. The condo itself this time wasn’t as good as the first but the room was great and Dan communicated great!

We love staying at this resort- we’ve been vacationing here yearly for 10 yrs now!! This condo had everything we needed for our trip! Great sunset views!! Thank you!

Room was great, communication was top notch, and view was beautiful

This property was everything it said it would be and more! Communication with Dan was great! Check-in was very easy and the property was just as described. The view - the view was everything!!! We saw sea turtles, sting rays, dolphins, manatees, fish and even sharks!! I would highly recommend.

Room was amazing with a great view. Was very clean and had everything you needed. Dan was a great host and was awesome and fast with communication. Would definitely recommend this to anybody. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back and book again through Dan

Amazing stay! Perfect on the beach vacation! Everything we were looking for to just hang as a family and relax! Great host, condo was clean and has a perfect ocean view! Will definitely be back.

Everything was great from check in to checking out. Condo was in a great location and the view was amazing. Dan done great with communicating to make sure everything was what we expected. Will be staying there again hopefully in same unit in near future.

The living room was much more spacious than the photos showed, and my kids absolutely loved the bunk beds in the hallway. It was very convenient to have one bathroom in the hallway and another inside the bedroom. The interior was incredibly clean, and all the kitchen supplies were well-maintained and spotless. Best of all, sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the ocean was so peaceful and wonderful. This is definitely a place we would love to come back to!

This condo exceeded all expectations! The ocean views were absolutely breathtaking and the location is within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the host was open and excellent. Highly recommend this property!
