Beachfront Paradise With Amazing Ocean Views! Private access to Beach. Wifi

I honestly can’t say anything bad about the property. The location. And the management. Everything was perfect. I’m definitely going back.

My mother and I stayed for seven days in this lovely unit and if we return to PR, would stay here again in an instant. It has a glorious view of palm trees and a sandy beach with particularly gorgeous sunrises. It is just a few minutes walk to Mar Chiquita, a charming beach favored by locals. It is safe, perfect for families with children, and has awesome kioskos with food and drinks. If you are looking for a place away from the chaos of San Juan, Manati is a non-touristy, quiet town. The condo is right down the road from a supermarcado and some delicious restaurants. The condo itself is clean, modern, and air conditioned. It is also well stocked with supplies. The beds were surprisingly soft and comfortable. I slept well every night. At the end of the week, I did not want to leave as it had become a home away from home.

This property lived up to and exceeded expectations. The property manager and assistant were fantastic. The location, readiness, cleanliness, comfort was amazing. I got excellent sleep. The bedrooms, bathrooms, patio and common areas were finely appointed. I traveled with an older senior over the age of 80 and she was able to get around, enjoy the property and relax and be as active as she chose to! I will be back! The waterfront patio was fun too. We made dinner via BBQ and ate outside. The patio was excellent. We were very sad to leave. A 10/10. Fantasic!

We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach. Each unit has its own gated patio area with shower and grill leading to a semi-private shaded area, and then the beach. While not private, the beach might as well have been. There were very few people who used it. At both this beach and the more poplar, protected cove (Mar Chiquita Beach) to the left/west, there was a lot of coral at the water's edge so water shoes or Tevas are a must. About a 5 minute drive to the east is Los Tubos Beach, which is all sand and no coral, not at all crowded and like a post card. The condo is in excellent condition and well stocked, with very good A/C and internet. The property managers Lilly and her husband Alberto were always available by text message and spent a solid 15 minutes with us at check-in explaining all the amenities. The area is not at all touristy, we really felt like we were immersed in a foreign country. Everyone was super friendly and chilled out. We'd return to this condo in a heartbeat.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 college age teens) stayed at this very nice condo in Manati, in northwestern part of Puerto Rico, just a short one minute walk to the beach. Terrific beach access. The condo has an ocean view and you can hear the ocean from the condo. The condo was vey clean, well-appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable, A/C worked very well. The host gave us some excellent recommendations about restaurants and grocery stories in the area. Definitely recommend this place. It is about an hour west of the airport and 90 minutes from El Yunque National Forest.

Beautiful location with ocean view and access to the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Property manager was very communicative and supportive.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Lilly, the property manager, was very helpful including sending links to nearby stores and restaurants before our arrival. The complex was very quiet, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests staying in the other apartments. The beach location was so great. We would definitely stay again.

Things happen & so the bedrm tv stopped working. Owner on vacay too. However instructed maintenance crew to purchase a new tv. Overall very nice.

This ocean front condo in Manati (Mar Chiquita) was very clean, comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and the host Linorma was amazing. The ocean view from your private balcony was beautiful.The condo had all amenities necessary along with your own private beach access. No complaints and will be back.

wonder place for your children and great Security awesome places to swim in snorke. Away from all the busy cities. But extremely easy to get to them cities.
