Great spot on Longboat Key!

Ideal location on Longboat Key. Quiet and relaxing. Excellent parking. Clean and well equipped kitchen with new appliances, etc. Roku TV system so bring your password. Comfortable living room/dining area. Laundry there of needed for longer stays. Good communication with owners. Enjoyable stay.

The perfect place to stay if you want to walk directly out into the beach or just sit on the patio and watch the sun set. Everything we needed was right here and the convenience of being directly across the street from Harry’s Deli, Harry’s Restaurant and Harry’s Convenience Store was fantastic. No need to drive anywhere! The communication with the owners was excellent and the unit was super clean and well appointed. We will look forward to coming back again.

We enjoyed our short stay- wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent location- if the weather had been a bit warmer we could have walked to dinner at The Lazy Lobster. The condo is in walking distance of several restaurants. Beautiful view of the ocean! I loved being able to walk out the door to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in LBK. Wonderful views of the ocean from the living room and patio. And literally just steps to the beach. Everything was clean and in good condition. Most anything you need for an enjoyable stay was right there. Fully appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, newer bathroom with nice shower and plenty of warm water, towels and beach towels provided, quality patio furniture outside to enjoy the view and sunshine! And Harry's right across the street was very convenient (grocery store, deli, and an excellent restaurant.) We love coming to this area and would definately recommend this property. Centrally located on LBK to easily get to Anna Maria Island and St Armand's Circle or back into Sarasota. Hosts were responsive and easy to work with. Five stars because this stay easily met all our needs for a relaxing, comfortable, low key stay on LBK!

Beautiful area. Condo is clean and well stocked. Views were amazing, steps to the beach. Beach was peaceful, not crowded. Pool was still being remodeled. Construction being completed in neighboring units. No washer and dryer as mentioned at the beginning of our stay. I spoke with owner and informed them regarding. New washer and dryer were installed the day before we left. Owners were wonderful with communication, easy to reach and quick to respond. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely book again.

What a beautiful Gem… the condo so clean and cozy loved the beach theme and welcoming vibe. The owners so attentive and friendly… steps from the beach a true great weekend getaway…. Will definitely be back…..

Great location and views! Our room had everything we need. The whole area is still fixing up from last year’s hurricanes, so we were fortunate to find great accommodations. Will stay again!

What a charming condo that is a short, well kept walk to the gulf! Our stay was so peaceful and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo was well maintained, clean and had all that we needed for our stay, even beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella! We didn’t use the pool yet it looked clean and cared for. There was a building on the property which you see immediately when you pull in which is very run down and falling apart. It’s a shame to see yet did not affect our experience at all. Very private and quiet; just the right size and ambiance for my husband and me to unwind have a lot of QT. One thing to add: right across the street is a corner store, ice cream shop and a few different places to eat! Super convenient!!

Nicely decorated with great appliances. Short distance to beach which was great. A couple small things that beed attention but nothing to make you not book it. Overall great place that I would definitely stay at again.

My family and I had the absolute best time at this property. Just steps to the beach. Communication with the property owner was more than exceptional. One of my children had accidentally locked us out of the room and Lara responded back in minutes with a resolution. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying again in the near future.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and activities. Decorated nicely. Communication with the hosts was very good.
