Beachfront Paradise! Condo w/ Pool in Galveston

Great stay

We absolutely loved the condo! It was warm and inviting. We loved being able to get to the beach safely. Would stay again.

Pros: Great location, communication and so much potential with this property. Cons: 1. Drains in bath were plugged, cleaner would have noticed this upon cleaning of unit. Husband had to unclog the drain himself with plunger. Gross! 2. Moldy caulking around tub and stained bath mat. 3. No coffee pods (bring your own) but used coffee pod in machine from last guest. 4. No guest shampoo or conditioner, soap, or Kleenex, etc 5. No room to eat, broken tv trays provided. 6. Master bed has no center support making mattress sink in middle. 7. Burned out and mismatched lightbulbs leaving little and poor lighting at night. 8. Only one chair inside whole unit. No place to sit. Bring your own. 9. Day bed took up too much room and should be pull out couch. Would make more sense. 10. Closet door coming off track and unusable. 11. Towels had makeup stains all over them. If you are charging money to stay here it is a business and you need to be up to the standard of a business. This felt like we were staying in someone's personal crappy place outfitted with goodwill furnishings and bedding. Again, SO much potential! Pull it off as a rental and fix it up. Easy and cheap fix's would make a world of difference to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

Very nice property. Had a minor issue that was taken care of very quickly. Great communication with host prior to check in and while we were there. Property is one of the only properties that is actually on the beach. Most other properties need to cross a very busy street. Lots of awesome places to eat seafood very close by that are reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved this little place! I didnt wanna leave. The view of the pool and beach was nice and the fact that I could walk right down to the beach was awesome.

I woke up with a few bug bites on the first night then by the last night I was covered in bed bug bites. I filed the complaint with Evolve.

Perfect size condo for my family of 4!

The property was amazing! Right on the beach with immediate access. There was a small inconvenience during the check in process but my Vrbo contact was there with immediate contact and response to fix the problem. It really shouldn’t even be mentioned except that I wanted to express my gratitude for the management. Will definitely be booking again!

The host was great! Always responded quickly. Loved the grounds. Very clean. Only complaint was the bed. It really should get an updated mattress.

Very smooth check-in with excellent communication from the owner. Having a property on the beach without the worry of crossing the road was very convenient.

Our stay was perfect. The condo is homey and cozy. They thought of everything we could need for the kitchen ,bathroom, bedding, etc. The owner texted with information about the island, places to see and eat and how to pay for parking.We had a great view of the pool and ocean from the patio. We can't wait to return!

We had a relaxing time. Not having to deal with traffic to get to the beach was wonderful. The hot tub and pool were great. We will come back again.

Perfect location. Comfortable beds. Owner sent a text when we checked in and was immediately available if we needed anything while we were there.

GREAT !! location was awesome....right on the beach - Not across the road ! Amenities were great - stairs and elevator. Pool area was nice size and well maintained and clean. Swings, picnic tables, grills. Every gate has a key pad and very easy to use. Dumpsters on property but nicely out of sight. The property is older....it could use a little refresh...but they just had a hurricane last year...Our condo was Small...I can't imagine sharing the space with 5 other people !! But for 2, it was Perfect !!! Well stocked with everything thing you need in the kitchen. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Great view of the waves from our balcony.It's a smaller property, which is nice.. not so far to walk to any part of it.Restaurant close by, and lots of restaurants down the road.This property is very close to the end of the seawall. We will Definitely stay here again !!!

I truly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was not too big, not too small, very cozy. It was only my wife and I so it was great for the two of us. I truly enjoyed that it was located on the beach side so it provided easy access to the beach. The entire condominium area there was clean, parking lot accessible and clean, pool accessible, truly enjoyed the hot tub by the pool. Had security guards which were extremely helpful. The condo inside was clean, with appliances we could use like the stove, coffee pot, refrigerator, and the tv, internet, and kitchen utensils. It was a very pleasant stay...I truly appreciated the owner keeping in touch with me about my arrival, my stay and my departure...it made me feel I had someone to contact in case I needed anything. I will be staying here again sometime in the future!!!

Was a great location and great price for a weekend trip to Galveston! Facility was nice and clean!

Great spot for our family to enjoy a stay near the beach. Owner had made sure we could get in with very detailed instructions and even made sure we had what we needed during the stay. Balcony does look over the pool mostly, but that wasn’t a big deal for us.

The house felt a little small for being listed for 6 people. Shower head was at chin level, not above my head. Other than that it was a decent little house.

Great location, very clean, check in was a breeze. Family loved the pool and the easy access to the beach without having to cross a busy highway. Overall rating 5/5 will be back again

Worry and stress free and was exactly what we needed. From cleanliness to accessibility and noise was never a problem. A little getaway to refresh is exactly what it was.

We booked this condo for a short trip with our autistic granddaughter. The place was a perfect fit for her needs. We lived the quick access to the beach and the pool. We had the best time and have already recommended this place to several friends.
