Our beautifully appointed 1,150-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo is located just steps from the beautiful white-sand beach in Indian Rocks Beach. This comfortable second-floor residence sleeps up to 5 guests and offers the perfect combination of coastal charm, comfort, convenience, and location.

With thoughtful touches throughout, beach gear for your enjoyment, and plenty of space to relax, this is a place where you can leave the busy pace of everyday life behind and simply enjoy your time together.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on your private balcony and keep an eye out for dolphins enjoying the Gulf. When you're ready for the beach, you'll be just a few steps from the beautiful white sand and uncrowded shoreline.

We've made beach days easy by providing beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and sand toys for your family to enjoy.

Spend your days swimming, walking the shoreline, building sandcastles, or simply relaxing in the Florida sunshine.

And when the day winds down, head back to your balcony and enjoy one of the area's spectacular sunsets. Each evening, the sky creates its own beautiful picture as you relax and reflect on another day in paradise.

THE SPACE

Our 1,150-square-foot second-floor condo provides a comfortable and inviting space for up to five guests.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed with an open-concept layout, creating a welcoming space where everyone can spend time together while enjoying views of the beach.

The private balcony is accessible directly from the living room, giving you the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon breeze, or a beautiful Gulf sunset.

Every room has been thoughtfully furnished with the little details that help you feel right at home.

This is a self-catering vacation rental, so guests should plan to bring or purchase their preferred personal toiletries and additional household supplies as needed.

To help get you started, we provide a complimentary starter supply that includes:

4 trash bags

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

Basic hand soap

1 roll of paper towels

Starter supplies are provided for your arrival and are not replenished during your stay, so please plan accordingly for the length of your visit.

GETTING AROUND

Tampa International Airport: Approximately 30 minutes

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport: Approximately 20 minutes

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, although several restaurants and local conveniences are within walking distance.

GUEST INTERACTION

You'll find a guest manual on the kitchen island with helpful information about the condo, including instructions, where items are located, restaurant recommendations, local attractions, Wi-Fi information, and other information you'll need during your stay.

A FEW HOUSE GUIDELINES

Our community has only three units, creating a quiet, more private residential atmosphere.

If you see a neighbor, please say hello! We simply ask that you be respectful of the residential nature of the community and keep noise at a considerate level during both the day and night.

Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. If your group will include more than 5 guests, please contact us before requesting a reservation.
