Beachfront on Ground Floor! Gorgeous Views!! 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

This beachfront property was exactly as listed! It’s a very short walk to the sand and surf. The condo is well stocked with beach amenities including towels, cooler, umbrellas, chairs and beach toys! The kitchen is well appointed for cooking with the exception of storage control leftovers! Our stay was exceptional!!

Mari's condos are always the best! The location on the first floor can't be beat. It's so close to the beach. And the condo has everything you need. We only stay in Mari's condos at Sea Vista when we come to South Padre. We hope to stay again next year!

This oceanside condo was spectacular! It was immaculate, and beautiful. We had all we needed as the kitchen was well-supplied, beach towels, beach chairs, etc...The entire facility was clean and the pool was nice and warm! The beach was very nearby and perfect for long walks. Area was quiet and peaceful....no sounds from noisy neighbors. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We would love, love, love to stay here again!

This dreamy condo is exactly as cute as it looks in the listing. It's beautifully decorated and immaculate. I visited with my 18 year old daughter and 3 of her friends and we really enjoyed the condo and the beach. The location is so close to the beach you don't need shoes...we just walked out the backdoor and directly to the beach. So convenient. We also enjoyed the beach supplies, games and movies supplied in the condo. I chatted with the owner a couple of times and she was delightful to work with. When we go back to Padre this will be our lodging for sure!

This was the best beach experience my family has ever had in South Padre. The condo was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella since we had forgotten to bring ours from home! The condo is located on the first floor and faces the ocean. It is a very short walk out the back door to the beach. But as perfect as the condo itself was, what made this experience exceptional was the condo owner. She was incredibly nice and attentive, quick to answer our questions, and went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. From now on, anytime we visit SPI this is where we are staying! Thank you for everything, we loved your condo and can’t wait to go back!

We had a very relaxing vacation. Everything is so close! We used the tennis court, pool and beach access on site. Having dvds and games in the bedroom were a great addition. Off site activities were within a few minutes drive. We did a fishing trip, banana boat ride, golf cart rides and a Dolphin tour. Highly recommend!!!
