Clean and comfortable! Great location with great views! Plan to return

Our stay was wonderful!! The condo was great! Clean and in a great location! The views were fabulous and Johns Pass is directly across the street. My only complaint would be the key system. You had to have a key to get in and out of the pool and in and out of the beach gate as well as to the stairs and a different key for the elevator. It would have been okay but we only had one set of the door/gate keys and three people. So essentially you were stuck somewhere at some point unable to get in or out, if we were not all together. The nice thing was our condo had a key code for entry. But, that was really a minor inconvenience . Everything else was fabulous!!!

The management company was very responsive to my commentary that there was no lock on the master bedroom door. They came and discreetly changed the lock while we were out. I can’t really ask for better service and the place was perfect for our needs. I’d definitely come back.

Wonderful location within walking distance to so much! One elevator wasn’t working the day of check in but the other one was still up and running and two flights of stairs made it easy to go up and down too. The host texted multiple times to see if there were any issues or we needed anything. The condo itself was nice, clean and was a wonderful place to sleep at the end of the day.

This property was located in an area where we could fully enjoy St John’s Pass. We don’t have to drive anywhere, which we appreciated. The condo was fully stocked and plenty of dishes, beach towels, cooler, etc. The bed was good but warm. The floors seemed really dirty for some reason so we felt our feet were never clean. The pool is deceiving with a max capacity of 8! So there were never enough chairs for everyone wanting to sit by the pool. My teens went next door with their friends with a much larger pool..otherwise second floor was very nice!

Condo could use some updating ! Otherwise very comfortable. Beach Time rentals was wonderful and kind .
