The condo is beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Beautiful, spotless VRBO. Very well appointed, with everything needed and decor is really nice. Wonderful beach and the balcony view is perfect. The check-in process is different than the instructions I was originally sent. The desk is in the lobby, (not CasaGo) and you will be charged a daily resort fee. 9.75 daily. It didn't make/break the deal, but just different. Definitely the nicest place we've rented on Sandy Beach. Beautiful!

Everything described in posting is what we experienced. Ac was cold, room was clean, resort was nice.

My family and I had a nice time at the place. Very comfortable and had all we needed for the relaxing Stay. Beach outside the door. Pool steps away. Host is wonderful. This is a must stay. The ninja grill was WONDERFUL. You can cook anything on it. Book as soon as possible because this spot will be fully booked if you sleep on it. Thank you host(Jane) for this wonderful experience again.

We loved our unit…very disappointed I. The lack of supervision with the children in and around the pool areas…the pools were not clean and the water was foggy by late afternoon…we choose not to use them and the hot tub was full of children who broke the system..

AMAZING unit! Fantastic, unobstructed view from the 5th floor and the building is right on the water. Private beach with a swim-up bar and very good, reasonably priced food at the nicer Mexican restaurant and sports bar on site. The building is also a hotel and the staff take great care of the space. A fully stocked grocery store was only a 7 minute drive into town. Jane was quick to respond to any questions or needs. The only tricky part was getting through the security gate. Tell them you are an owner and give the unit number and they will let you right in. (Learned that after much back-and-forthing with our names and the fact that we rented the unit online which really stumped the guard.)Loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo, very clean, comfortable bed and view from balcony was spectacular. We enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this place! Thank you for the ease of check-in and access to condo. Extremely happy with the condo and all parts of the process. The property was beautiful and ocean front. It did get pretty loud for us on Friday and Saturday from noon until 8:00 pm or so, but that was a product of all the young families that arrived and were having a good time. If you want a quiet atmosphere, book to arrive Saturday evening and leave by Friday morning. That is what we will do next time. Every other aspect was lovely.

Very nice place and the resort was amazing and not too crowded on a holiday weekend. The condo was like a home away from home and we really enjoyed our time- we will be back!!

booked a 3 day getaway thru VRBO We chose a one bedroom condo It was very nice, their cleaning service was good , Jane was a good hostess answering our questions so many activities to do at the beach we really enjoy and recommended these place .

This property has everything one needs for a week or a month at the beach. It was clean, beautifully decorated, great response with the owner... the King bed was super comfortable. If we do a 1 bedroom again, this would be the one!

We had a wonderful first time adventure. Jane was communicative from day one. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and everything we needed for the long weekend away was supplied! Beyond the condo the complex was also clean and all a very pleasant experience. We are looking forward to another visit in the very near future!

This Condo is perfect for anyone staying in PPenasco. Everything u will need is here including beach towels, cooler, etc. the Food at the pool was also surprisingly good. Jane our Host was most helpful. Instructions were clear.
