• The on‑site property manager will text guests their gate codes on the day of arrival and provide a required Guest Amenity Form, which must be signed before parking passes can be issued. Check‑in is not allowed before 4 PM. These requirements are set by the HOA, not LCV. Please ensure your phone number can receive text messages.

This unit only accepts ADA Registered Service Animals; no pets are allowed. There is an age requirement of 25 and up to rent.
