Beachfront Luxury Condo - Indian Rocks Beach - Gulf Sunsets - Summer Deals

Host was very responsive. Location was excellent - sunsets were amazing, access to beach and pool were great. Some parts of the condo were a little dated, bathroom fans were loud, and could use some toddler-friendly dishes, but overall it was a great stay!

We had such a wonderful time and my family enjoyed the view, ocean, pool, and hot tub! Thank you!

Beautiful beach! We really appreciated the chair and umbrella. Our granddaughter loved the beach toys. The condo was very comfortable with everything that we needed. We had all of our meals on the huge balcony with stunning views!

Excellent condo with everything needed for a week at the beach. Great communication with the owner. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, on-hand beach supplies, and a very nice balcony to watch the incredible sunsets. Beach was not crowded at all. Location is awesome if you like walking to some great local restaurants and a fabulous ice cream parlor for a late night treat. IRB is a “beachy” beach town. If we ever head to Florida again, this will be the first place we check for availability.

We had a grand ole time with memories and new friends to cherish. My grandson found some new friends to play with which did his mama’s and mine heart good. My daughter had surgery and our condo was safe and comfortable and thought what better way to stay while out of town with a beach and huge pool right in front of us and the view of the sunsets just topped it off. Thanks

Nice corner unit with great ocean view.

Very comfortable condo with a great balcony and view. Saw dolphin playing the ocean everydayfrom the beach or balcony. Such a great area with several restaurantswithin walking distance. Hands down would rent again. Only reason I didnt give a 5 overall is the pool seemed to need to be cleaned/skimmed/vacuumed more often than it is. But with the beach/ocean access right outside of the condo it wasn't a big deal or issue for us. Locker of beach items was so convenient as well.

Our condo exceeded all expectations! It was clean, also came fully equipped with everything we needed, including cart , beach chairs and umbrella. The ocean view was simply incredible, and we can't wait to come back!

We are a 70’s something, senior couple. A bit beat up right now, cancer for me and cane for my wife. Forced to cancel our trip to IRB last year, we truly loved getting back this year. This property filled our needs perfectly. Convenient garage parking with elevator that we never had to wait for. A cart for moving luggage and groceries was also always available. A comfortably warm pool and a 50 yard walk to the beach, make this perfect for us. Some of the best beach bars and seafood shacks in the world are up and down Gulf Blvd. And you will never find more perfect sunsets.

Wonderful unit, one minute walk to beach. Heated outdoor pool and hot tub with beach view. Great restaurants walking distance. Much more family friendly area and less crowded than Clearwater .

This is the ninth year we've stayed in this condo, and we always enjoy the area with so many things to do. The beach is beautiful, and the owner is always very prompt and responsive to any requests that we have.

Very nice property. Balcony was a favorite place to sit. The beach is a very short distance. The complex is small and quiet. It's nice to have the storage locker with beach goodies.

We like to visit IRB once a year and we’ve stayed in Oceanside before, we love the location. We walked to all dinners and ice cream! The property manager was very pleasant to speak with and was timely on communication. Only complaint, which I feel isn’t her fault is check all dishes, most of the pots we needed weren’t clean. BIG PLUS was the pack & play, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs , so glad we didn’t have to Pack that down!

The location of this property was great, beach was beautiful with lots to do and eat in the immediate area. The property was clean and exactly advertised. As an added bonus, the beds were the most comfortable of any rental property we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in ALOT!!). The storage unit was well stocked with all the beach necessities. Communication with the host was great as well, she was very responsive when a question came up. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for my family. Oceanfront, small building, pool, awesome hot tub, washer/dryer, kitchen, and restaurants/ice cream & beach shop within walking distance. Great location since we were interested in a quiet area. We have stayed at a few places in St. Pete and Treasure Island and this place is a gem. The storage units are a great idea - there are umbrellas to use and even some fishing gear. The living room has huge windows facing the gulf! We were really impressed by these! The balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub so you can keep an eye on everyone, and still watch dolphins and manatees swim up the coast. Condo and building in general are kept clean. Covered parking helps keep your car from cooking. Keyless entry is handy. We loved it.

We loved our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. This two bedroom condo had everything we needed and more. Close walk to restaurants and CVS Store and on the trolley route. Condo was in good shape and ready for our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.

The property is in great location. The condo is clean & comfortable. There was an issue with master toilet. I contacted the owner. She contacted a Plummer & the problem was resolved within couple hours. Very pleased! I would stay there again!
