5-Star Stay — Excellent Host, Great Views, Very CleanWe recently stayed at David’s place and had a fantastic experience. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and you can tell customer service is a top priority for him. Every interaction felt thoughtful and geared toward making sure we had a great stay.The property itself was in great shape and very clean. The view from the huge balcony was absolutely spectacular — tons of beautiful sights and a perfect place to relax (when the air was clear). Inside, the kitchen was well stocked, and both the fridge and dishwasher were clean and updated. Water pressure in the showers was excellent with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer were clean with no odd smells, which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.The two pools are on the smaller side, but perfect for cooling off. Beach access is super convenient, and the showers right at the entrance make cleanup easy.A couple of things to note: - The building is smoke-free, but unfortunately some guests smoked on their balconies, and the smell drifted over to ours at times, which made sitting outside unpleasant. Elevator wait times during peak hours can be challenging. We took the stairs more than once. The exterior of the building gives off a motel vibe, but once you step inside and see the beach and water views, you forget all about that.Overall, David’s place gets a full 5 stars from us.

There were a few things that we were not pleased with. The water in the kitchen sink never got hot we didn't use the dishwasher because I had rather hand wash my dishes.The 2nd bedroom didn't have a TV I know that is not a big deal for some, but for my granddaughter it was. The pillows on the bed was really hard. I would recommend if you like your pillow soft bring your own. The elevators were terrible. The parking garage was awful. The unit was beautiful and the view was awesome.

This place was absolutely amazing!! We have 3 kids ages 7, 5, and 18 months, and this place worked so well for us. So many great things I could say about this place and the host!It was so easy to park and take the elevator straight up to the condo. One of our favorite parts of the condo was the balcony. It was so spacious and the view was awesome! I also appreciated that it had a recliner rocking chair that helped with the baby for naps and bedtime.The beds, sheets, and pillows were probably some of the comfiest I've ever slept on in a VRBO. The beach chair service at the host provided was so nice because we didn't have to pack an extra umbrella. That was a big advantage for us. The two pools and hot tub were big enough for everybody.I especially loved the location as it was less crowded, but also only an 8-minute drive to all the attractions. We made lots of memories here and plan to visit again. The host was so amazing! He messaged me before our stay and gave us all the information that we needed and was so kind. You won't go wrong with this place.

Perfect location for a perfectly relaxing holiday. Could not have been happier with the condo, or the host. Would highly recommend!

Beds and sheets were amazing! Unit was perfect with a beautiful view. Only difficulty was parking is very tight with my large long expedition with a wheelchair carrier. But other than that it was very nice.

We had a great week only rain made us leave a day early

Beautiful view of white sand beaches, emerald waters and sunsets. Large balcony with comfortable seating. Condo was clean and filled with all the amenities you would need. Appreciated the garage parking. We were lucky that we found a spot in it everyday. Mike's Restaurant across the street was an added bonus serving yummy seafood dishes. Communication with David before our visit and during it was perfect. We had one small problem that he fixed within an hour. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The view is amazing. David was great throughout the whole process! We already miss the condo and the beach.

The view was amazing, you could watch the sunset from the balcony. HOA office ladies were so friendly as was security. Parking spot were kinda small for trucks and bigger suv's.

We had a great time staying at Emerald Isle. The condo was clean, spacious, and the balcony was the cherry on top. David was responsive and polite. Would stay there again.

We had the best week ever. Location was great, unit was clean and stocked well with towels and kitchen necessities. Water pressure in the showers is awesome and we had plenty of hot water for a family of 5! We also took advantage of the beach chair service included, much appreciated! Loved everything. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

This condo is absolutely PERFECT !!! Awesome furnishings in entire condo. Beds super comfy. Couch/recliners ideal. Well stocked kitchen. So clean ! Perfect location. Will never stay anywhere else in PCB. Owner was fantastic and so willing to communicate and help. Worth every penny !!!!!

The property was exactly as advertised and even better! Great location. The owner was extremely attentive making the check in process a breeze. The parking garage was great. We never had to wait on an elevator, coming or going. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also so clean and fresh. Our favorite part of the condo was the amazing balcony. That view!!! The beach chair service was easy and a great perk. Brantley was our favorite attendant. He made sure we had everything we needed and kept us comfortable. We will be back and we will stay here again!! Canny recommend highly enough.

I can't say enough good things about our condo. It felt warm and welcoming as soon as we opened door. David was awesome to work with! I hope we will be able to stay here again. Thanks again David.

Location with the beach views were amazing. Home was clean, but lacking a few items such as not enough toilet paper, and hand soap was empty in 1 bathroom so had to purchase that as well. I was quite confused on directions left on the counter - that we were supposed to put away any blankets we used back where we found them. But overall, it was good. loved the sounds of the ocean and the deck was perfect.

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time. The condo is great and working with David is very easy. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo for the week of our Spring Break. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and everything needed to cook a good meal if you choose to do that during your vacation. It was clean and quiet. The balcony was huge and had plenty of seating. We had a great view of the beachfront and were able to spot dolphins a few different days. The amenities and property of Emerald Isle are clean and kept up daily. We enjoyed the use of the pool, hot tub, and beachfront volleyball net. Also loved being able to use the beach chair service daily. It was the perfect place for our family of 6 and would definitely love to return sometime in the future.

This was the best beach condo I have ever stayed at. Property was exactly like described on line. The balcony was amazing as the views were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped..the beds were very comfortable. The property itself was well maintained. The hot tub and heated pool were great and very clean. The grilling area was also maintained nicely. Only problem was the cool weather but that is not the property,,'s fault. I would definitely stay again. .

My son, his girlfriend and I went to the beach for a long weekend before he headed back to college in Kentucky. This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in at PCB. We have never been to the beach in January and it was wonderful! The weather was great, no traffic, no wait for dinner, etc. We will definitely be back and would 100% stay in this condo again. It was absolutely perfect and David was wonderful to communicate with.

Perfect location and perfect abode!

We rode our motorcycles down for a trip to the beach with some friends and we really enjoyed this condo! The balcony is VERY spacious and the view is beautiful! We would definitely recommend staying here!
