Experience expansive coastal living in the South Beach floor plan at Palisade Palms, a premier 1,687-square-foot residence perfectly configured to sleep 6 guests. This luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo is defined by its massive 452-square-foot beachfront balcony—one of the largest private outdoor spaces on the island. Two bedrooms are equipped with King Beds, third bedroom has bunk beds.

Palisade Palms is a true Gulf-front (actual beachfront) luxury condominium resort on Galveston Island with direct, step-free access to the sand. Unlike many “beachfront” listings that sit behind Seawall Blvd or require crossing a road, there is no street between the building and the beach. Beach access is via an ADA-approved dune walkover bridge with a compliant width and ADA-compliant grade/incline, making it wheelchair- and stroller-friendly with no steps to traverse. This stretch of beach is also a no-vehicle area (no cars driving/parking on the sand in front of the building), creating a more relaxed, walkable beachfront experience. Guests enjoy resort-style amenities including heated pools, hot tubs, a large fitness center with sauna, tennis/pickleball, basketball, a putting green, and shared lounge/game spaces.

The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for six, and a breakfast bar for two. The bar area provides extra prep or serving space.

The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony access, and a large flat-screen TV. The oversized sectional provides plenty of room to relax after a day outside.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed, private en-suite bath with walk-in shower and separate tub, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a king bed, en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo, and balcony access. The third sleeping area is a den-style room with bunk beds and a TV. This room does not have a door but is located near the third full bathroom.

For families with young children, a full crib is located in the walk-in closet of the primary bedroom. Guests must bring their own crib sheets and baby linens.

The balcony spans 450+ sq. ft. and is accessible from the living room and both main bedrooms. It offers great views and plenty of seating for outdoor meals or relaxation.
