Beachfront Luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo in the heart of Jaco

We had an amazing time! The condo was absolutely fabulous, we couldn't have been more happy. Patricia is wonderful! She met us upon arrival and was more than happy to help with restaurant suggestions and planning activities! Easy walk to shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Jaco with gorgeous views! We look forward to returning!

The pictures of the condo do not capture how lovely it is. This condo was absolutely spotless, landscaping at property very lovely, great pool, roomy, views amazing and artwork on walls were a level above anything we have seen at other rentals. We saw many red macaws each morning feeding on the tree outside our window, so amazing to see 10 macaws flying past the balcony. It was within walking distance of many really good restaurants and the grocery store (bring totes to bring back the groceries). We did not get a car and walked everywhere, doable, but would have been nice at times to have a car, but also nice to not have to worry about a car. Sun sets very early (before 6p), and once it is dark, did not always feel safe walking around the town - we moved quickly. That said, we did not end up having any issues, there were 4 of us walking together at all times. Felt very safe on condo grounds and appreciated the security guard. Kids loved the town and vibe. Went during beginning of rainy season and while there were stretches of rain, there was plenty of nice times throughout the day and it was so nice to enjoy pool area and get lounge chairs at any time because it was not full of guests at this time of year. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

This is our 10th year in Jaco, this unit was our perfect Home away from Home. Can't thank Jessen enough for a wonderful stay. Patricia, the property manger is a lovey person and a pleasure to work with.

This was our first time visiting Costa Rica. Jessen was very easy to work and communicate with throughout the reservation process. There were no surprises as the listing was very accurate. Patricia was so very helpful with the check in process and was very responsive throughout our stay when we had any questions. It is a very lovely condo, very spacious and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect…a block from the main strip with restaurants and shopping. The pool and beach were awesome and the sunset views were incredible. Highly recommend this vrbo!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in jaco. The condo is as described and spacious. The view is amazing. Local restaurants within walking distance and the food was great. Patricia was so helpful with finding tours and answering questions. Would def stay again!

Spectacular. Definitely raises the bar way above the other 3 beachfront condos we have stayed in over the years in Jaco. Great communication and awesome property/grounds/views/amenities. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Close to shopping and dining. Property manager failed to leave a voice mail when she called for check-in instructions, therefore we didn't know exactly where to go when we arrived in Jaco. There were no check-out instructions, either. When she initially met with us, she showed us a map of Jaco and then took it with her! Property could use some updating, and initial cleanliness was just adequate. Pool was nice, view of beach was breathtaking.

This property exceeded our expectations. The photos are accurate, but don't do the property justice. This condo is beautifully decorated, spotless, definitely a luxury condo with everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning.

Very nice condo in the heart of it all. Clean property with nice people throughout. Pool was perfect. Beach is steps away. If Jaco is your destination, this is a great place to stay!

We had a great time as always staying here and Patricia has always made it easy for us to check in and check out… Condo is great. I look forward to my next trip!
