Huge deck to observe beach. Very windy but chairs and deck designed so you can be out of the wind. Too cold to use pool or, beach except for walks but did enjoy hot tub. Best equipped kitchen I have ever stayed in with upgraded pots and pans, etc, Extremely clean and plenty of towel and supplies.

The condo is beautiful! Wonderfully decorated, fantastic view, a kitchen filled with every tool imaginable, comfortable beds and lots of space for family gatherings. We had a slight hiccup with repairs underway, but the property manager was immediately responsive, very helpful and extremely accommodating. Overall, a relaxing stay and the property is everything you could ask for in a vacation stay.

Gorgeous property and worked great for a family of 5 adults and one toddler! We have been renting on 30A for 20 plus years and the property manager here is the best I have ever worked with. We cannot wait to return!

We all enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and well-furnished beachfront condo that was large enough for our entire extended family. The accomodations were first class all the way. We could have used a few more towels and had to supplement some household products ourselves to make it through the week, but that seemed minor to all we were able to enjoy. Even though it was spring break, this complex was located in a quieter, secure location that wasn’t overrun with people. College students, families and older couples all shared and enjoyed the beach together.

Beautiful location and building. Very well maintained and very clean. Daughter loved the pool and the beach is perfect.

Overall good experience

It was so quiet and everything was super clean... I have been Destin, FL more than 10 times since 2003, this place was the top place because it had private beach and everything was just like new.

Spacious, very clean, wonderful location, convenient to everything, family friendly, will definitely consider for future vacations!

Beautiful beachfront condo with all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. If not visit restaurants minutes away! We will be back!

Great location, easy check in, very nice property!

We had so much fun at your beautiful beachfront condo. The beach chair service was a lovely treat. There was space for everyone to spread out. The home felt cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed this condo SO much! The building itself is great and the unit is perfect size. Host was super responsive, quick, and helpful. Great chair service at the beach, too! Definitely recommend this rental.

Place was wonderful and so was the host to work with! Wish the beds were a little softer (other than master suite) and that there were beach towels provided. Lovely spot, views and decor.

The condo was very nice and plenty of room for 9 adults and 2 small children. It was filled with everything you’d need in a kitchen and lots of games to play. Balcony was a PLUS! Excellent views. Very secure having to enter codes at several areas. Nice grilling area and pool. My only complaint is the beach area. You have to rent chairs if you want close to the water. The beach on each side is private. But we accommodated and had a wonderful time. The area inside and out was very clean

This was a great property with an accurate description. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking necessities needed. The updated online beach chair reservation process was extremely easy. Great property and would book again!

Nice condo with lots of rooms for a family. Kitchen set up was nice with plenty of cookware for family meals. Balcony was the favorite as it was a perfect view over the ocean and pool. We would stay again.

The property was great, just as it is listed, Great condo, easy access to the beach and pool. Close to places to eat and the grocery. My family especially my grandchildren had a great time. Very secure and clean. We will be back
