From this first-floor condo (elevated above ground level), the view stretches across thecommunity pool to the sparkling waters of Big Carlos Pass, Lovers Key State Park and the Gulf beyond. Watch boats make their way through the Pass, keep an eye out for dolphins, manatees and native birds, or simply settle in and enjoy the ever-changing coastal scenery from one of the most peaceful corners of Fort Myers Beach.



And when you're ready to put your toes in the sand, the beach is just steps away.

The open main living area brings the living and dining spaces together, with comfortable seating, neutral finishes and plenty of natural Florida sunshine. A Smart TV with DirecTV programming makes it easy to unwind together after a day at the beach.



At the waterfront end of the condo, the original screened lanai has been finished and incorporated into the interior, extending the living space and creating a comfortable year-round sitting area overlooking the water. Two recliners invite you to settle in with morning coffee, watch the boats travel through Big Carlos Pass, look for dolphins and manatees, or simply put your feet up and enjoy the view.



The dining area offers seating for four, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar, and flows easily into the living space—keeping everyone connected whether you're sharing breakfast before heading to the beach or lingering over dinner at the end of the day.



The updated kitchen is bright and functional with white cabinetry, full-size appliances, generous storage and the cookware, dinnerware and kitchen essentials needed for preparing meals at home. Both a drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided, so everyone can start the morning with their perfect cup. A convenient desk and chair tucked into the kitchen provides a dedicated spot for checking email or fitting in a little remote work during your stay.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV with DirecTV programming and an ensuite bathroom. Neutral coastal colors create a comfortable retreat when it's time to recharge for another day in the Florida sunshine.



The guest bedroom is especially well suited for families, with a twin-over-full bunk bed providing flexible sleeping accommodations for up to three guests. A ceiling fan and Smart TV add to the room's comforts, with the second full bathroom conveniently located nearby.



Both bathrooms have been updated, adding a fresh, modern touch to the condo's casual island style.



Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, free unlimited WiFi, keyless entry, beach chairs and a cooler to make days on the sand a little easier. Bed linens and bath, beach and kitchen towels are also provided.

At Island’s End, some of the best parts of a Fort Myers Beach vacation are right outside your door. Spend the day with your toes in the sand, cool off in the heated community pool, relax in the hot tub, or find a shady spot beneath the tiki hut and enjoy an easy afternoon by the water.



The beachfront community offers a heated pool, sun loungers, shaded seating and a tiki hut with a shared BBQ grill for relaxed outdoor meals.



Please note: This condo is located directly above the community pool area. For guests who love easy access to the pool, it's a wonderfully convenient location.



One assigned parking space is provided, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.



When you're ready to explore, head north along Fort Myers Beach for local restaurants, bars and live music, seasonal farmers markets, shopping, fishing charters, sunset cruises and water sports. Head south toward Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Springs, Naples and beyond.



Of course, with the beach, pool and beautiful waters of Big Carlos Pass just outside, you may discover that some of your favorite vacation days are the ones when you don't go anywhere at all.

Please allow up to 15 days for HOA rental application processing. Bookings made within 15 days of check-in cannot be honored.



There are three Smart TVs in the condo. DirecTV programming is provided on the living room and primary bedroom TVs. Guests will need to provide their own logins for any subscription-based streaming services they choose to access.



No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes, cigars or pipes.



No pets allowed.



Minimum rental age is 25.
