Beachfront Hollywood King Bd Tides Condo, Patio, Pools - Flexible Cancellation

Unit is for sale. Was contacted by the host to let me know 24 hours in advance that they were setting up a showing whileI was there. Totally unacceptable. I rented it for the week which means I own it for the week! Should have been given a refund.

Condo size was great. Condo did not have beach view, but we were on the beach from dawn to dusk so didn’t matter. Close to grocery and great restaurants

Parking was easy and secure

The hosts were very accommodating to us arriving a little early and leaving a little late (due to flight changes). Nice, comfy place. No ocean view from the room/balcony. I love the duel Keurig/ground coffee maker! It's about 1.5 miles to the Broadwalk in Hollywood Beach.

Great location and really comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment. My only complaint was the cleaning personal would use the same washer and dryer so it would take longer than expected to get a turn.

A nice building with a beatiful pool area, beach and reasonable parking. Our unit was a bit utilitarian, but roomy and clean. Check-in process is a bit clunky and laundry facilities are pricey. Overall a grwat location to stay.

Great location, big space and beachfront.Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Good location. Central to everything.Beach chairs and umbrellas in front of property were an extra fee however hosts provide their own for use. Bathroom needs a fan to avoid condensation. Extra fee for washer/dryee.

The unit was fine however my body requires an extremely firm mattress. Both mattresses were super super saft.

We enjoyed our time in this condo. The owners responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The pictures are extremely accurate as to the appearance of the property. While I certainly wish that we had a view of the ocean it was fine. We loved sitting on the balcony. We loved the two pools and the beach. The Tides is an older complex. I suggest they install more elevators. However, the complex was clean and secure. We will return

The apartment was spacious and clean. Full kitchen with all the necessities, beach towels and 3 beach chairs provided. King size bed was comfortable and bedroom had very large tv and closet, full dining table and chairs were nice. Large tv in family room. Sofa bed mattress was more comfortable than expected. This apartment is in a high rise building but located on a lower level and not far from elevators which was nice. The pool was nice and access to the beach is directly behind the fence of the pool. Beautiful beach that can be walked for miles in either direction. Location of resort is good. It’s within 20-30 minutes of airport and cruise terminals depending on traffic and near the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and many restaurants and shopping. My only negative was that the couch itself (it being the only seating in family room), was very uncomfortable- back cushions are odd and bottom cushions are not attached, shallow in depth and were sliding forward the entire time. Besides the only 3 spots on the couch there are no other chairs to sit in other than the dining chairs which were ok but not made for lounging/watching tv type seating. Need a better couch plus another easy chair or two in that space. Not comfortable for more than 2 people.

Very nice resort. The owners were great with communication. The condo looks to being updated, but clean. For the price it was perfect get away for my husband and i.
