This Gulf Coast beachfront condo was an absolute gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right onto the sand made the stay feel like a true escape. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a balcony that offered stunning ocean views. The highlight, though, was the sunsets—each evening the sky lit up with incredible colors, making it the perfect way to unwind. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with unforgettable views, this place is hard to beat.

Unobstructed panoramic view of the beach and very quiet. Literally a two minute walk from the condo to feet in the gulf. One our best trips to Florida in 20 years.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was right on the beach with a pool, and the sunset views from the balcony were amazing. The unit was clean, and the location was convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. A few downsides include thin walls; we could hear neighboring guests a lot. The second bathroom could use some updating, and the balcony doors did not lock, which is not considered a major issue since the unit isn’t on the ground floor, but is worth noting. Still a great option for the views, beach access, and convenience.

Condo was great and had an amazing view! Sunsets every night. Only gave 4 stars due to air conditioning not working while were there but they did come same day and give us portable units to stay comfortable.

The overall property is nice. Bedrooms are dark and good for sleeping in. The view is amazing.I would recommend a DEEPER cleaning to include the ceiling fans.

You can't beat the view from this condo, waking up to the ocean & amazing sunsets! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking & plenty of room for us. My only issue, there wasn't enough pillows in the master bedroom & the ones we did have were really flat. We enjoyed our stay overall & would recommend this condo.

The host was prompt and the unit was right on the beach!

The unit was in a great location to restaurants and activities and the view was awesome! The unit was neat, and we appreciated the water pressure when showering.

This place definitely met every one of our expectations. The location to restaurants and activities were very close. The beach was actually closer than the pictures appeared. My family loved the option to be in the pool or hot tub as well as the gulf. When we first arrived the condo didn’t have an umbrella or cooler like the amenities stated. I mentioned it to the owner and they brought them out first the next morning! The beds were very comfy and the rooms were plenty dark. We plan to go back again next year and would definitely recommend this condo to friends in the future.

Loved this condo, beds were clean and comfy, view and beach access were perfect, kitchen and living space were spacious.

Great location and convenient walking distance to restaurants! Little hiccup with air conditioner towards the end of trip, called in and they had some one there promptly. It did end up not working again the night before we left, but we were checking out the next day which wasn’t a big deal! We will return to this condo again next year! We do recommend this condo!

My family absolutely loved 303 Oceanway. We loved that there was beach chairs already there, and my kiddos had a ball with all the sand and pool toys. Everything needed to cook was already there which extremely helpful as well. It was very clean, and beds were 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will be back!

We loved our recent trip! The unit was clean upon arrival. Not a trace of sand which was quite impressive. Beds were comfortable. Smart TV’s in each bedroom and living room. Fully stocked kitchen. Air worked well. Great location! Quiet complex, beautiful beach, never had to rush out for a front row beach spot, and the best view from the balcony. We will be back!

From the moment we got to Indian rocks beach we was in love. I love the smaller town beach vibes and it was just what we wanted. From the moment we got to the condo and walked in everything was very clean and we loved everything about it. We had zero issues. Beds were very comfortable. Both my kids 7 and 13 had a wonderful time. The only thing I can recommend is a shade or better curtains over the balcony window as it is extremely bright in the evenings. We spent the majority of our stay at the pool and the beach and we cooked most of our meals. The condo had everything we needed!! I can’t say enough about this place. It was quiet and the perfect stay. Many mornings were spent waking up and walking down to the beach, it was very peaceful and dolphins visited most mornings and evenings. Thank you

Great condo, great location.

Stayed in this complex multiple times. Quiet and convenient area

The condo was great for our stay with another couple. We booked this property because both bedrooms have king beds, and they were both really good. It's even larger than it appeared in the pictures, and the location is great with the ability to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was heated just enough to take the chill off and still be refreshing. No trouble with the wi-fi, it was very fast for us and the smart TVs were nice to have as well. The building appears to have fully recovered from last year's hurricanes better than most places in the area; it really looks like it was never affected. Highly recommend this property and we will definitely plan on staying again in the future!

We have stayed in this complex for several years now. Although this and other units are a bit dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Excellent proximity to many great restaurants and a beach and sunset view that’s hard to beat.

Good location with view of gulf and location to restaurants/shops. Furniture (beds/living space/balcony) not the best, very uncomfortable. Wi-fi was abysmal, little to no connection on balcony and inconsistent connection through interior space. Access to beach and pool was great and the other people renting in the building were very nice and friendly.

Close to restaurants, right on the beach, hot tub was appreciated.

Everything we hoped for, extremely comfortable with 5-star view of the beach and roomy balcony. Appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and dining room table big enough to seat 6 plus more.

The condo was great. Hurricane Helene was coming and we had to leave

This was a great condo for our family trip. The pool was nice and quiet and the condo is right on the beach with easy access just steps away. Parking garage was very convenient. The elevator was broken during our stay so that was a bummer. The patio is very spacious and had a phenomenal view. The pool has no shade in the afternoons and could use another umbrella or two. The dishwasher also had sand in it so was not very effective. You can hear your neighbors footsteps since it is a smaller building but management is very easy to contact if there are any problems. The bedrooms were great and fit a rental crib for our baby. Overall we were very pleased with the condo!

We have been traveling to this area for years. We love Indian Rocks Beach. We have stay at this complex before in a different unit. This unit was just as described, I like how it was decorated. The views are amazing and the location is great! I would stay in this unit again. I like that we can walk up the steps and not have to rely on an elevator. I do cook a bit on vacation and it had everything I needed.
