We had a great time. Everything was clean and the communication with the owner was great. We plan to book again in the future.

I inquired about renting this property on short notice, Donna was very responsive and extremely accommodating. The rental process was very easy and Donna even took the time to check in throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful place that is very spacious for a one bedroom, and has a wonderful host to boot!

Our host was quick to answer any questions I had. The location was great. The complex and parking area are within a manned security. The condo was clean, had everything we needed. It was nice to drink coffee on the balcony and watch the dolphins every morning. We felt safe and comfortable at the complex. The elevator was fast and we didn’t have to wait. We will definitely be back.

The condo was really nice. Just as advertised. Very well appointed. Everything you need for a great vacation. The view is beautiful. Easy walk to beach. Having the beach chair service included was a big plus. The host was very communicative before and after check in. Would definitely recommend. And will definitely stay here again.

Check in at the main office is easy. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, silverware, bakeware and cookware.

We loved our stay! It was far away from the PCB hubbub and perfect for a weekend getaway. The beach was never crowded and we appreciated the beach chair rentals that were included. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean every evening. The owner’s communication was excellent! We will hopefully be back!

Great location with everything you need for a stay at the beach. We loved having reserved chairs on the beach. The building is on the older side which meant slow elevators but it wasn't a big issue during our July visit.

Check in was easy. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 3 and the condo community had a lot of great amenities. Will come back!

The unit was clean and updated. The owner checks to make sure you got in okay and ask if you need anything. One of the nicest ones we have stayed in at RT. We will definitely be staying in this one again.

The condo was very nice and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices, etc. too. It had coffee makers Keurig and regular. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows to go around. It is an end unit and you can watch the sun set without looking over the railing. Beach gear and toys for the kids were provided even though she includes a beach umbrella in front of the hotel. You'll get your money's worth IMO and Donna is very attentive. There is a 40 dollar parking charge but it is gated if that matters. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

The condo was just as described. The view from the balcony was even better than the photos. We were a family of 4. Our older children were very comfortable sleeping on the pull out sofa and Murphy bed in the living room. The location of the condo is great being it’s an end unit and on the 4th floor. There was no time lost waiting on the elevator. We just took the stairs. It was so nice having the chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. We couldn’t think of anything negative about the condo. Regency Towers is very close to the state park and the marina. We would much rather be on this end of PCB instead of the busy section with all the traffic.

The condo was dated but very clean. The pools were amazing. We love the Lower Grand Lagoon location.
