I loved the view from the room. The beach is very close to the patio door, which made moving around with 4 kids a breeze.

We received communication from our host prior to our stay. It included helpful information about the condo and the area. The location was convenient and accommodating.

The kitchen was supplied with everything needed plus a bonus that included spices, cooking needs like cooking oil & condiments were also included. The place was nicely furnished, had comfortable beds, and beach equipment was provided. The kitchen was newly remodeled.

We loved the location and everything was very clean and updated. There was a small problem with an appliance and it was taken care of very quickly. Great owners and we will stay there again.

The best stay we have ever had at South Padre! Our new favorite place to stay. This condo was immaculate, location is perfect. The morning view is breathtaking. Ed and Cathy were the best hosts. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful. Very cozy! Well decorated and clean. Love the pantry with basic needs plus. View of ocean is so nice from the wall of windows… and access to beach couldn’t get much easier. Would stay again!! Kitchen renovation - amazing.

We've been coming to SPI for 40 years and don't know how we missed this jewel. These condos are well managed, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The condo we stayed in was as described. Well appointed and very clean (beautifully decorated - a plus). As it says in the title the view was amazing and the walk to the beach is only steps from the back door. These owners thought of everything. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great getaway.

This is an outstanding property. Views of the beach from your porch and the den abound. The beach is one of the last on the island and affords privacy and less crowds than those condos in the middle of the island. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to cook and the pantry was generously stocked. Ed was prompt and accommodating in all my communications with him. The condo complex is very well maintained! Rarely do places end up as good as the write up indicates, but this one exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Ed, for sharing your home away from home with us.
