Beautiful beach front with stunning view Shops, restaurants within walking distance

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Great Gulf view, with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There was an abundance of bath linens. Convenient location for shopping, restaurants, attractions, and sightseeing.

Nice clean condo, fit my family of 5 perfectly, communication was fast and easy. Had a great time!

We had the best time here! The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to almost anything you need and short drive to Walmart or target. The room had some wear and tear and could use a little love, but just shows that the place is loved and well used! My husband and I would stay here again! Water was clear as can be and no issues with other guests or the condo!

Our room was as advertised. The only thing needed was a softer mattress.

This property was perfectly located for us to enjoy pier park without driving. It was also only a 4 minute drive to local Walmart for supplies. There was minimal wait for the elevators. Only issue was the entertainment center was very tall so remote for tv wouldn’t work unless I stood up. This was my 2nd time staying here. I will be staying here again in the future. Overall, Calypso was a great place to stay and I received the check-in instructions and check in was very smooth. So was check out.

We enjoy calypso and the location and everything. This particular unit was not very clean and could definitely use some updating. The floor in the bathroom was warped and the cabinets were all beat up and the patio outside not very clean. Everything just seemed dirty. I probably won’t come back for the price.

We have stayed at Calypso multiple times. We have always had a great experience until this trip. The sliding door to our balcony would not open. We called Realjoy asking for assistance multiple times. Maintenance said it was a host issue. The host book info was from a host that owned the condo five years ago. All of the info in the folder wasn’t accurate or up to date. Realjoy kept passing us off to other people. After two days of no help the previous host was kind enough to help us find someone local (not even affiliated with real joy) to come help fix it. I wish I could say the sliding door was the only issue. The condo smelled of sulfur. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower. Floor boards were warped from water damage. The ladder on the bunk bed was dirty. The glass door gross. The living room furniture had stains. The ice maker didn’t work. Rust on the light fixtures. If this place had been cheaper maybe I could over look some of this but for what we paid not worth the cost. We were extremely disappointed considering all the previous reviews seemed great. I think this place has potential but is poorly managed and needs upgrades. This is the first ever bad review I have made. I hate to even post this because I try to find the good in all things but I feel like others should be aware.

Property was very nice and convenient. Bed was so very hard and plug ins in bathroom did not work. Other than that it was good.

Our litte family of 4 stayed at this location and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was comfortable, had a beautiful view and great walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Beach access was great and everyone was extremely friendly.We'll definitely be staying at this location again!.

First time using this listing company as well as the first time staying at Calypso Resort. Highly recommend using RealJoy Vacations. Mentioned the reason for the last minute getaway which was my Wife’s birthday in our initial email. They had a small cake with a card in the room, awesome.customer service!! We enjoyed the resort and location. The room had minor wear and tear but that is understandable coming off the busy summer months. Still give it a 5 star review. Will be using RealJoy again in the future.

Great views and right On the beach, two lovely pools, great Tiki Bar, easy access to restaurants.

This was the best experience to have it being my first time staying in a condo! Especially on the beach! I would say my only hiccup was the parking. The agency did not send the link for me to register and pay for parking and I had to call them upon my arrival. Outside of that, the unit was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. I definitely will return!

This is such a great location. It’s within walking distance of Pier Park and right on the beach. The property is exactly as listed, and it’s decorated so cute down to the tiniest detail. We stayed the second week of August so elevators were not a problem at all. The pools are great as well as the Tiki bar. Will definitely stay with them again!

This place was the whole package deal! Right on the beach, next to restaurants, shops, and stores. The condo was fully equipped with everything that we needed all week. Big enough for all 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teenagers.

You can not get a better location than this. PCB local here so I knew we wanted to stay at this condo to be right by Pier Park. The unit itself need a major deep clean. The refrigerator leaked the whole time we were there. The balcony needs to be cleaned. The furniture needs to be cleaned. The rugs are awful! I actually thought about just rolling them up so we didn’t have to walk on them! There were only two pillows on the king size bed. We had to go buy some. We also didn’t realize you have to park across the street at the 3rd tower and had to pay $50 bucks to park after the cost of the room. That’s ridiculous! The actual facility itself was perfect. The beach access with beach service was perfect. Food at Emerald Hub was pretty good. Overall if the room had been clean and updated this would have been a five star review. The pictures on the VRBO listing need to be updated. You can tell they are very old by the beach service chairs on the beach they are definitely not the wooden ones anymore!?

Location of couldnt have been much better. On the beach, right next to Pier Park and walking distance from a handful of other great restaurants. The condo itself wasn’t great. Refrigerator leaked out into the floor constantly. Getting hot water out of the master bath sink faucet was very difficult. The rungs on the bunks bed ladder were nasty. The flooring felt like it was about come up in spots and had several gouges in it. Couch and chair were really dirty looking. It worked out ok since we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. I would not recommend this condo to anyone.

Stay was ok unit overpriced for what you get. Updating the unit would be a good start.
