PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautiful and well-appointed Emerald View One-bedroom condo is an efficient of our smaller units.

It has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a built-in closet, a bathroom with a shower, a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with 4-bar seats, and an in-room washer/dryer facility. The living roomprovides access to the balcony with a panoramic ocean view; worthy of being named after the precious stone, Emerald!

This condo is physically just 100 yards from the world-renowned white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. This unit provides you with 800 sq. ft. of living space. Two Cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and a stereo set are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm (=ocean facing) building on the third floor. Sleeps max 4 persons.
