Beachfront East End Penthouse Located On The 9th Floor With Two Balconies

We loved the location. The only problem we had was the pool was closed by the health department, but that isnt the hosts fault. The condo was beautiful and clean. Super close to the beach as well.

The stay was perfect! Right on the beach.The response time from host was excellent and the condo was beautiful! The biggest plus to me was the reserved parking spot!!

This was a very nice condo and I love that it was a corner unit. The beds were very comfortable and had enough kitchenware if you wanted to cook. Could have used a couple of smaller snack size bowls and some more highball size glasses, but that's just me. I would definitely stay here again. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching all of the pelicans and seagulls fly by so close.

The room was perfect for our stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the room stayed nice and cool. The elevators were fast and the beach was easy to access. Would recommend this condo for your next vacation.

Excellent place to stay in Gulf Shores! The unit was extremely clean, very roomy, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and the owner had great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

This property was just as advertised in the listing. Clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, with a wonderful view of the ocean, both on the balcony and from the living area. My husband and I loved it.

Both balconies had beautiful views and comfortable furniture. Unit was spacious and well appointed. We liked the location that was near all the action but not too busy. Comfortable beds and bedding and everything you needed was there. We’re looking forward to returning next year.

This VRBO rental unit was exactly as described in its listing. It is wonderfully decorated with calming colors and cohesive furnishings. The master bedroom mattress provided restorative sleep, and bed linens were lovely. We so appreciated being able to choose between bed pillow options, as well as a cotton blanket for those extra chilly nights. We appreciated all the storage options...drawers, closet (with hangers), bathroom hooks and kitchen cupboards with room for pantry items. We knew the cookware was stainless steel, so we brought our own non-stick pan and numerous non-stainless-steel utensils (so as not to scratch our cookware). The 9th floor location means you can hear the ocean waves, but not all of the conversation going on at the beach. The dedicated covered parking spot was really appreciated, with carts provided to transport your belongings up the elevator. Communication with the host was always quick. Physical location of the rental is just a short drive to numerous dining options. We really loved the quietness of this unit. Our only suggestions would be to 1) offer a binder with dining, coffee, attraction suggestions and 2) provide beach chairs. The beach company charged 45/day for a pair of chairs w/ umbrella. Too high for our budget. We suggest you buy a cheap pair of chairs to use while you're there and then leave them in the communal donation cage that is in the parking area. We hope to come back to this lovely unit soon!

Condo was just as pictured. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Located steps from the beach. Huge balcony facing the Gulf perfect for dolphin watching.

We just spent a week in this condo. Gulf front overlooking the beautiful white sandy beach. We watched dolphins in the water most mornings and loved walking the beach. The condo was super clean and bed was very comfortable. We'd highly recommend a stay here!

The views from the balconies were fantastic a beautiful lagoon view from the master bedroom and gulf front from the living area! Kitchen was well stocked without being cluttered. A beautiful space to enjoy the beach and rest!

From the moment we pulled into the parking area to stepping into our room—it was seamless. The elevators are quick, beds are soft and location is perfect. The property’s cleanliness blew me away — it’s not just “tidy,” it felt off-the-grid pristine. Spotless throughout. As for comfort: the condo was spacious, gorgeously decorated and intelligently laid. Parking was so close it felt like valet service-without the expense. If I had to give one word: perfect. For those who want beachfront, quiet, clean, easy access—this is it. Highly recommend—and I can’t wait to stay again.10/10

I am very picky about cleanliness and this condo was spotless! I’ve stayed in a lot of clean condos but not as clean as this one. I was impressed. I didn’t feel one grain on sand on the tile. Bathrooms were impeccable and beds were very comfy!Loved that beach access was close and easy. Highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful property, well-appointed, and lacking nothing we needed during our stay in Gulf Shores. The Carmichaels provided excellent directions and instructions. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings watching the dolphins cross directly in front of the condo. Great views from both the front and back balconies, and the building is conveniently positioned with wonderful access to all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Highly recommend!

We have stayed here multiple times, and it's our favorite place to visit. The location, the room, bay and beach balconies are the best of both worlds. The room is exceptionally clean, quiet, and well maintained.

Loved this place. It was beautiful and fully equipped with anything you would need. You cannot beat the location, being the top corner unit with balconies facing north and south. Communication with David and Angie was easy with immediate responses.

We loved our stay here, the view was excellent from the corner balcony. Parking was super convenient right underneath with an assigned spot so you didn’t have to search for the next open location. The morning sunrises are beautiful with an easy walk to the beach loved it will try to go back someday.!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores. The condo was beautifully updated and everything in it looked brand new. We were unable to use the pool/hot tub due to exterior maintenance, but the weather was too cold to do either one. We definitely hope to schedule a return visit!
