Clean and nice condo

Great place to stay. Central location allowed us to walk to restaurants, local shops, grocery, etc.

The host was great. The location is wonderful; however I rent at Surf Beach at least once a year. Having said that, this particular unit was lacking in amenities compared to the others. Furniture was not comfortable and nothing matched. Kind of felt like I was in a thrift store. When charging the same, attention to details makes all the difference. Like a rusted washer with a very dirty rubber seal that needed to be cleaned before using the washer.

The condo was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and the Sand Sculpture competition.

Perfect location to Publix, bars, and restaurants. Right on the beach. Nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.

Location was good. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. John’s pass was very close.

Great location, very clean, but condo needs updating.

The condo was as expected. The beds were very comfortable. I wish there was a vacuum, but that was the only thing missing. The grilling area isnt restored yet, but there is still a grill available to use which was nice.

The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach. It's super convenient to head back to the condo for meals or wait out afternoon storms. We'd stay here again for the location—a 5-star spot.Management was excellent with communication and provided all the necessary details ahead of time. 5 stars!The unit itself is comfortable. One thing to note: while it's listed to sleep 6, it can be a tight fit. The small dining table only seats 4, with two additional stools at the counter (as advertised) but the spacing is tight. Also, if you use the sofa bed, it would block off the living room and access to the patio while it's being used. Beach/pool gear is limited. There were sand toys, a frisbee, a small cooler, and a 6 thin beach towels. We left two beach chairs behind as a donation.Kitchen supplies were lacking for those who cook. We had to wash utensils after every meal due to limited silverware. For our 5-night stay, we were only provided two dishwasher pods, half a roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and two kitchen towels—so plan to bring your own basics if you’re staying longer.Our only issue was the condition of the bathrooms. The master is small, and not very clean. The tub caulking needs fixing, metal fixtures and racks were rusted, and there was nowhere to hang towels. We ended up using hangers in the bedroom closet to hang them up to dry. I'd rate the bathroom 2 stars. Despite those issues, we truly enjoyed our stay overall, and would stay again.

We loved our stay! Easy checkin, great communication, everything we needed for a weekend at the beach! Rental was clean, well equipped, and as described.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, including the beds! We had anything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Parking was fine with the parking pass provided.Other places in the area are still under repair from the double whammy of hurricanes late last year. It is all coming around nicely.Location is awesome! Walking distance to restaurants, gift shops and grocery store.We wouldn't hesitate to come back here!

Great spot! Beach and sunsets were beautiful! Very clean and well stocked.

Stayed a few nights during a trip to Tampa Bay. The location was terrific and the unit was clean. Would have been nice to have more than 1 beach chair and a cork screw but otherwise it was well equipped and comfortable! Lovely to look outside and see the beach!

We had a good experience overall. Everything was as described and the management was easy to work with. I locked myself out once when we were near needing to leave for an activity and I had new key cards in my possession in time to access the property and get our car keys. Proximity to the beach was great and the pool was a hit with my kids as well.

We enjoyed our beach front vacation and the extra local activities included. Hosts were very responsive when we had issues. Was happy to support the area post recent storms.

The condo on a whole was nice. Was disappointed that the dollar store hand soap dispensers were half filled with water. Also since there was no cleaning service it should have a vacuum, or a swifter, or something more than a broom to clean the floors. Really needs towel racks or hooks to hang your towels.

All went well, except the WiFi which did not work half the time.

No complaints what so ever. The location was perfect, loved the room. I would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone who is visiting treasure Island to stay. there.

Beautiful condo. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Great pool for breaks from the sand. Close to restaurants, bars, ice cream, groceries. We would stay here again for sure!

The condo was awesome. The owners were very easy to work with, and gave check in instructions and codes in a very timely manner. Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony.
