Beachfront Condo/Pool at Surfside. Best view too! Perfect 2BR/2BA Sleeps 6

The unit has a wonderful view of the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, pleasant environment and super quiet. Very accessible to rooms, parking, and the beachfront. We felt very safe to walk at night.

Excellent - the property was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and communication was excellent. I highly recommend that you make the 40 minute drive to Cape San Blas Beach and pay the 6 to get in the state park. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear and blue. I highly recommend eating at Killer Seafood, Mango Marley's, Indian Pass Raw Bar, Hunt's Seafood and PSJ Grill. My wife said to add Caribbean Coffee shop.

Everything was perfect. The rooms look new and are very clean. The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with on everything.

This property was clean and tidy as the prior year. Only issue was missing kitchen items, and the ice maker did not work.

Great beach. Good location

We had a good time despite the weather! The pool at this condo could be bigger for sure but the location right on the beach is great! Beach chairs were provided! There was an issue with the a/c so it was kind of damp in there but they were supposed to be coming to fix the Monday after we left!

Wanted to explore mexico Beach. Looking for a more laid back environment. Been to Panama City & it was too touristy. Beach was beautiful, condo was excellent. Not much in the way of outside dining other than food trucks.

If I tell you how fantastic this place is, I will never get a chance to visit it again. Everything was accurate and true about the listings. Ethann has done a great job wit this property and we can’t wait to go back and stay longer!

This property and Mexico Beach combined for our best beach trip ever. This beautiful condo was excellent and had everything we needed including easy access and parking. Fantastic view of the gulf and right on the beach. Best of all, it was so quiet and peaceful! The owner was great and ensured we had a wonderful stay!

I booked for 2 nights, but only stayed one. The bed is the worst my wife and I have ever used. You have to wash and dry any towels you use, take the sheets off the bed all while having to check out by 9am. The owner seems very friendly and I don’t like giving her a bad review

Everything was immaculate in this beautiful condo. Right on the beach with a magnificent view. Would definitely come back next summer. From Darlene and Rich October 18-21.

Our stay was wonderful.

My mom and I go on vacation every year to a different beach. This year we picked Mexico Beach and we were both so happy with this condo!! We had coffee on the balcony each morning after an early morning walk on the beach. We would lay in the sun during the day and then also have a late evening walk on the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking!!! There are lots of shells at the waters edge. There were so many sea creatures we saw daily. We saw a dolphin and a nurse shark one day. There were also needlefish, several different types of small fish and lots of crabs close to shore. The condo was perfect for my us! They provide beach towels, chairs & umbrellas which was nice and we got a lot of use out of! The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants IN Mexico Beach but we drove to Port St Joe or Callaway & Panama City to stock up on things and eat out a couple of times. It's not a bad drive either way you go. We mainly just ate in our room so we could enjoy as much time at the beach as possible. That is the main reason we go during the off season: to enjoy the beach together when it isn't too crowded. There is plenty of parking under the building and it was very easy to find! The hostess Ethann is very communicative and we even got to meet her by chance. We both would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice, peaceful get-a-way!

The condo was clean and well laid out. It's an inviting and comfy place to stay. Beach chairs and towels are provided and they're in good condition. The location was perfect-easy to find, great view and just a few steps to the beach. It's a quiet, friendly and safe spot for a family vacation. The pool is small but our tweens enjoyed it anyway. A couple of caveats about the area: there's not a larger grocery store for 20 minutes but there is a small market. One shop owner did say that they'll have another market by next year. There are not a ton of eating options, but we were also told that more sit down restaurants will be available in the year to come.

Condo was as advertised and great location on the beach. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds nice showers. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided which was very convenient.

We loved the Condo! Super nice and very clean!! Beautiful beach, not crowded. Not a lot of places to eat, so come prepared! Only complaint would be the noise of construction worker's blasting their music!!! Other than that, beautiful location!
