Stayed Sep 2, 2020No need to drive to the beach or lug your stuff everywhere. This is Really and truly on the beach! Everything was great, owner had boogie boards and sand toys, the utensils were kinda old and rusty but we would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the walls are very thin.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025We had a very nice stay at the condo. Host was very communicative and great to deal with. Condo was clean and comfortable.Great location, close to everything and right on the ocean. Loved watching the waves roll in from the balcony. Clean and well kept pool. Hot tub was nice but the jets were barely working, so it was more like sitting in a warm tub.Surprised by the lack of seafood in the area ( that wasn’t mostly fried) but we did find one good gem called Mahi Nic’s which was right on the water and had incredible mahi Sandwiches. We do wish that the lounge chairs weren’t so pricey to rent. We ended up buying camping chairs and pool noodles and left them there for future guests. If you do go, make sure to bring condiments etc as there were not any. Overall a very good stay!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025We had a great time. Initial thought was that it was a bit small, but dont let youre initial thoughts fool you. Place was actually perfectly sized for three adults. We spent 90% of our time on the beach, which was just feet away. Access from the condo to the beach was perfect. Made breakfast, lunch, and dinner with no issues. Recommend stopping at HEB in Port Isabel to get any groceries. We do plan on returning. Highly recommended.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025The view was fantastic! The small appliances along with the love seat needs updating. The interior needs to be painted. The entire apartment smelled musty and stayed humid the entire stay. The complex is older and maybe that would explain some issue's with the humidity.

Stayed Feb 4, 2025Overall, our stay was very good. The first impression was that everything was smaller than expected and I opened the curtains to find scaffolding blocking the view of the beach. Luckily, that was moved the next day and although there was ongoing repair work noise, we could see the beach.I liked that we had plenty of high quality towels to use. That isn’t usually the case.We had to cut our stay short by 2 days due to travel/ weather issues but enjoyed every day of the time we were there.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024This is a great property! Perfect ocean view from 2nd floor with a walkout balcony. Short walk straight onto the beach. Parking onsite plus locked gate are great pluses. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking dishes, pots, pans, etc. Everything was clean and in great condition. I would stay here again!
