Stayed May 7, 2022Be advised, you will be toting all of your luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. Updates to the furnishings needed. No comfortable seating inside and the beds need to be replaced. Very limited kitchen items. We had 1 dish towel and 1 wash cloth. And only 2 trash bags. At least provide 1 trash bag for everyday of the renters stay. No salt or pepper, 1 coffee cup. People are traveling and can't bring all the essentials. Did i mention the whole west side is windows and provide a beautiful view.

Stayed Apr 3, 2022The unit has been nicely updated. The downsize is being on the third floor without an elevator. The view of the beach & Gulf from the unit is spectacular.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022The only redeeming feature with this property is that the view is spectacular. Inside, the condo is old and needs updating. Everything is dated. We found 1 dead cockroach, 1 seemingly almost dead cockroach and 1 very alive cockroach. We complained to the property manager (I showed pictures), and they said they would take care of it. To my knowledge, nothing was done because several days later we found the one very alive cockroach. The literature inside was inaccurate. We couldn't log on to the wi-fi. TV remote controls weren't the proper ones and had to go get the proper ones. If you decide to stay here, just realize there is no elevator so everything has to be carried up 4 sets of stairs.

Stayed May 21, 2021Looking out over the Gulf was perfection with its shades of turquoise and blue water. The condo needed new mattresses and area rugs and some heavy duty cleaning.

Stayed Dec 13, 2020Most beautiful view of the island! Can’t beat that. We enjoyed living everyday here. Easy access to beach. Hands down the most wonderful beach stays we had and we have had many beachfront stays over many years. This is by far the best. So quiet beach, not many people. We worked on weekdays, but could easily go to beach twice a day. We didn’t miss the beach while working since we can see it right there. Go to balcony and enjoy the view and hear waves. I believe we were the first family to rent this place. So this place could use some the feedback to make the improvements in making a stay comfortable. Although most things were there, some updates are necessary in compare to other properties and making the stay comfortable. Need little updates on general amenities. Need additional linens for bedding. Could use an updated hair dryer. . Kitchen had most of the things you need, but not fully loaded. Some kitchen utensils were hard to use(kitchen knives) and some are missing(potato peeler). Could use some updates and adding more plates and bowls. Little bit of dusting would help as well.
