Beachfront condo with private beach access, balcony, on-site pool, tennis & AC

The only reason why this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because of the view and location. The view was fantastic and location on Topsail was perfect. Everything else... nope. The condo is EXTREMELY dated, and you can tell that little to no maintenance has been done other than the standard cleaning in between guests. The master shower has a huge chunk if fiberglass peeling up and is unsafe to shower in for risk of cutting your feet. The condo wasn't very clean upon arrival either (dirty floors, sheets/linens balled up in the master closet, etc.). The master closet door was broken and just left inside the closet, and the blinds in the master bedroom were duct taped together. The washer and dryer looked to be about 30 years old, and the dryer had a rusted out mesh piece inside that wouldn't secure into the housing. There was also a piece of ceiling peeling off from what looked to be untreated moisture damage. The guest bedroom was also falsely advertised as having a single bed when, in fact, there is a bunk bed. We were staying with a 3 year old so that was also a safety concern. The TV in the master bedroom also isn't a TV at all... it is a Dell COMPUTER MONITOR. Dirty mop hanging in the kitchen and stained couch as well. Beach equipment is also beyond repair and needs thrown out. We are regular visitors to Topsail and this rental is by far the worst one we've stayed in. I hope Vacasa and the owners will read my review and messages and correct the issues for future guests.

The condo was perfectly situated on the first floor and close to beach access. Kitchen items are a bit sparse but we made do with what we had. Our Thanksgiving Holiday was a very special time and will be remembered always.

Short walk to the beach, that us about it. So many other things wrong with this condo

The location of the property is excellent, quiet neighborhood, beautiful beach and not far from delicious restaurants and other amenities and activities in the area.

Clean rooms, very functional condo. Easy parking, easy access to the beach and excellent views!

Not pleased with the room we stayed in, so many things wrong and things that we couldn't use. We loved the area where the units are located. The room itself not so much at all.

This condo and the entire condo complex has certainly seen better days. the elevator does not go all the way down to the ground floor so to get our stuff up to what we thought was a first floor condo, my mom and I had to borrow and old rusty shopping cart hanging out by the front of the building, pile our stuff in it, and roll it up a winding ramp. The condo inside was clean but we were not prepared for my mom to have to sleep in a bunkbed as that is not what is pictured in the listing. Several of the lights had no bulbs or were burned out and our coffee maker stopped working after the first day. The property manager was responsive and did get a a new coffee maker that same day. Access to the beach was very handy and the area itself is a nice part of North Topsail with less crowded and clean beaches. This condo could really use a face lift, inside and out, including updated tiling, new grout, new shower, new mattresses, etc. The little balcony was charming and was a great place to sit out and listen to the waves and see the ocean. I would probably spend a little more money next time and stay somewhere that was more updated and less shabby, but again, the property was clean and the beach access was ideal.

The location is PERFECT. It is steps from the beach and the views from the balcony are beautiful. The kitchen/living room were very nice. There are bunk beds in the second bedroom that are not shown in the pictures. The master bathroom needs work as seen in previous reviews. There is a crack in the shower floor that needs repairing. The guest bathtub does not drain properly. The master bedroom mattress is way past needing to be replaced. Overall our stay was fantastic. The condo just needs some TLC.

We had a perfect family vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. Great view from the balcony. Pool was clean and refreshing, beach was perfect, and they had a fun park in the front of the property with plenty of fun games. Highly recommend.

Great location! Easy access to the unit and the beach! The beach was very nice. Balcony furniture was great!! I loved that there was beach gear that we were able to use. The master mattress is ready to be replaced! Also, the guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed instead of a queen bed. It wasn't a problem for us but just be aware. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook several meals for my Marine and his buddies. We had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved despite being told it would be. That was an inconvenience but wouldn’t prevent me from booking again. There is a great little ice cream place called Topsail Treats just down the road that was fantastic!

Very comfortable place to stay. Great location. Had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The showers could use a bit of fixing but that's the only complaint. It really was a lovely place!
