The host did a great job providing information for check in. The host had also prepared a book of helpful information and menus from local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed.

They offer a lot of accommodation's that a lot of Vrbo‘s don’t. Beautiful view

Really enjoyed our time here. Weather was great and lots of walks along the lovely beach right out of our door. A number of nice restaurants a reasonable walk along the road. Condo was ideal with everything we needed and Kelley always replied promptly with any issues/queries we had. Can highly recommend here and we would love to come back again some time.

The host was so helpful, the condo had all the things we needed and the view was spectacular. The sunset did not disappoint either.

Right on the beach with beautiful views...especially of the sunsets. We had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We never really left because it was so great to be there! We will long remember our morning and evening walks on the beach....and the stunning sunsets.

We had everything we needed and more for our stay. Condo was clean, updated and, most importantly, only a few steps from the ocean. Neighbors were friendly and the beach was not overcrowded like at some resorts. We walked around the corner for lunch at the Kooky Coconut and had the ‘world’s best Cuban sandwich’. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from our balcony.

Better than we expected! We visited multiple beaches, this was the best, the locker downstairs with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. was a life/ money saver! 10/10 would stay here again!

Clean, open and airy 2 BR unit with an amazing view and set up for guests. Beach chairs/toys/floats provided and several wash stations. Great host.

This property is exactly as it is advertised and then some. The sunsets/view are beyond beautiful. The location is perfect; Right in the middle of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Property is clean and well stocked for a week vacation.

Ideal location to stay, especially for beach goers. This place was modern, clean and located right on the beach. Perfect spot to enjoy the sunset whether right on the beach or from the balcony of the place. My wife and I had a great experience and will definitely be back again next year. Thank you!

Often, a place looks better in photos than in real life. This beautiful condo surpassed the photos and really was just about a dozen steps from the beach! It was immaculate, updated (the pictures of the balcony chairs/table are NOT what's really there!) and had LOTS of beach gear that was stored neatly and everything you would need for a family. We were absolutely delighted with everything! Highly recommend any of the units in this condo!

We chose the property as the base for our final week in Florida following 10 days at Disney in Orlando. We spent a lot of time researching prior to booking and, I have to say, I think we chose the perfect property in the perfect location. The apartment itself is excellent - spacious, well-appointed and equipped, and in such a wonderful spot right on the beach with views out ove the Gulf of Mexico. The stretch of beach was great - not too busy at all and certainly quieter than if you head up or down the coast a little way. Indian Rocks Beach was great for us - easy to get to some of the places along the coast that we wanted to visit and also close enough to Tampa for the ball game and also for getting back to the airport. Lots of great restaurants and cafes locally within a few minutes, either walking or by car. Our host, Kelley, was really responsive, not that we really needed her for much. We felt so at home and had the best time, and having the apartment as our base was a big part of that. We desperately hope we'll be able to get back their soon!

Perfect location and very comfortable condo with plenty of room for whole family. Condo included all the amenities that you would need to for stay.
