    The location is FANTASTIC as is the beach view. Easy access to parking and plenty of it. Easy access to the beach and the pool and hot tub are awesome. But overall - the entire condo needs a refresh - key code pad for the front door, new decor, new furnishings, kitchen overhaul, new patio furniture, new patio door, new dining chairs, new blinds for the windows. I will give credit to the Vacasa staff for answering quickly when we had problems mutiple times throughout the stay.

    The condo is comfortable and spacious! The unit has all the comforts of your home, including a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom essentials. The location is ideal, and near all attractions. We highly recommend this listing, and look forward to returning!

    I have stayed at the Sun Tide 2 several times. This condo was probably one of the nicer ones that I’ve stayed in in this complex.This condo was very nicely decorated. Their accommodations we’re good. Location is great. Parking was a little complicated because they were redoing a parking lot next to the condominiums.

    The location was perfect for our Girls Trip! It was a corner condo at the end of the complex, so we enjoyed having windows on the side in addition to the beach view, and also we were not between two condos. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the floor plan met our needs. The decor was very cute and the beautiful front door was great!

    This unit have exactly what i wanted in a place to stay for a mini vacation for my family. Its spacious for 7 people. It’s sheets are “hotel, high quality” and clean. I would stay in this place again.

    - [ ] First and foremost let me say Vacasa was great to work with, the customer service is outstanding in all aspects as there was an issue with the first condo we booked and they found another for us. It’s a phenomenal location being right off the beach. Loved the fact it was spacious for all to spread out. The furniture was comfortable as well as the beds, for us anyways. Loved that there was beach toys as they came in handy. On a side note looks like the Tommy chair’s fabric will be breaking soon as I could see tears taking place. It was in a good location to most things in Padre. When we got to Suntide II in the elevator the fireman light kept lighting up for maintenance so that was unnerving riding that up n down all the time hoping it wouldn’t kaput on us and we get stuck inside the blistering hot elevator. Would have been nice to have non breakable dishes for kids seeing how there is bunk beds I was assuming the condo was stocked to having kids there. Was a very beautiful place

    Very loud construction going on making it pretty much impossible to enjoy a vacation mid week. Disclaimer about the construction buried in a notice AFTER booking, not before. All in all good condo with a lot of room and good sleeping arrangements. Beautiful balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Very nice when someone isn't jackhammering your brain. Condo nicely decorated. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils.
