BEACHFRONT CONDO WITH LARGE WRAP AROUND BALCONY - GULF FRONT POOL!

It was a beautiful place to stay. Gorgeous location the windows all around the master that led out to the balcony. We watched a lightning storm from our bedroom. The only downside I would have to say is that it needs to provide more amenitie for example toilet paper, laundry, pods, salt, and pepper and garbage bags. Other than that, it was amazing.

Everything was clean and communication was easy!

A few things need some attention. -Sliding glass door locks need to be replaced or fixed. I was uneasy about the lack of security of the balcony doors. I relied on the fact we were on the 3rd floor and hope that no one would climb that far to break in. -Pans in the kitchen are broken, scratched and unsafe to use. Decent pots. Rug and couch could use some steam/spot cleaning. Washing machine sounds like a jet engine taking off but it worked. Very spacious condo. I took three teens and we had plenty of space to spread out. Condo was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. Was perfect for the 8 year old. The unit even had amenities for the 7 month old. It was situated perfectly between where we like to eat and grocery stores.

Need some upgrades ! Sofa!

The condo was great! Just like the pictures. The location was amazing and we loved the outdoor space. So close to the beach! The condo is beautiful and very clean and spacious. We had a wonderful week! Thank you!!!

This unit wasn't ready to be rented. There was a problem with bugs. The host did come and sprayed. The hot water was off at the breaker. Also, multiple light bulbs were out.

The condo is lovely with wrap-around porch! And so close to the water. I would definitely come here again!

Was a great trip, would most defiantly stay again. was super clean and day guard was super friendly and informative. access to beach and pool was great and everyone was very friendly. only negative thing is the trip factor of the doors going onto the balcony...

Issue with Tv's in two bedrooms. One bedroom had no remote. Downloaded a app and used it's free trial period to operate the set. Master bedroom had two remotes, no instructions. Tried everything I could think of, but to no avail. Not a big deal, for we were there for the beach. Very nice condo with a great location.

We had a great time at the property. Great location, beautiful view, and the space was just perfect.

Check-in and instructions were easy. The gate guard was very friendly and instructive. The pictures for the condo were a little deceiving. They made the property look more updated than it actually is. The condo was clean and stocked with towels. Unfortunately, when we arrived the Master bedroom's bathroom toilet was clogged. We had to contact management to fix it the next morning. They showed up in the late afternoon. He said that the cleaning person flushed soap and it happens all of the time. Other than that, it was great access to the beach and chair/umbrella services was great. We would recommend.

Perfect spot with easy access to bay for wedding venue.

The smell walking in was musty. The place was clean. The view is spectacular. 2 problems. About half the outlets don't work. The lamp in the master bedroom didn't have a bulb. The biggest issue is that sofa bed! The mattress is thin and cannot be slept on. Just awful. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. Please replace that mattress or at least get the thickest mattress pillow topper you can find. Overall we did have a great time swimming and hanging at the beach. The balcony has a great view and spent meals out there.

Great location. Host communicated when needed and room was clean. Need to bring extra blankets or bedding in general because the pullout did not have any. They do not supply extra at all. Cannot get an early checkin at all. I asked to enter 30 minutes early and I was told no, so just know that going in. The washing machine was older and left black marks on clothing so I'm not sure what happened with that. Overall, this really was a great place to stay. I would stay here again but make adjustments knowing what I know now. Easy location to the pool and the beach. You could also walk to a few restaurants nearby.

This was the perfect condo for our family! It had everything that we needed. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing this amazing home!

It was GREAT!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and the hotel next door had music blasting all weekend. We’re a 40+ yr old set of 4 cousins that get together once a year at a beach location and catch up. We like quiet mornings with coffee and quiet evenings with martinis, this was not the spot for it. Other than that, the condo was fantastic, really, really great. Easiest check- in process I’ve ever experienced. Clean condo, but not enough toilet paper for 4 people over a weekend. Prepare ahead for that, you’re welcome. ☺️
