Beachfront condo with amazing ocean views, pool, tennis courts, & gym

Perfect location and price is very fair but level set expectations. Unit has some wear and it shows. Kitchen has way too much stuff. It's accumulated so much over the years and the cabinets are full. Owner needs to go thru them and toss a lot of extras. Unit could afford a few furniture updates in the bedrooms. BUT, overall, it was clean and Vacasa was great to work with. Only thing that nerked me was the bunk beds weren't made when we arrived. All the other beds were. If you want a clean unit that's a great location and prices very fair, this is a solid unit. My recommendation to the owner is to clean out the extras and do some cosmetic fixes and updates.

Location was great. A very comfortable stay.

We really enjoy Sands Villa. The property is well-maintained and beautiful. It offers an outdoor and indoor swimming pool a direct route to a vast beach and a quiet haven. However, the condo is a bit tired. It needs a deep clean, a paint job, new mattresses, and bedding. Otherwise, the condo has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. For those who are detail oriented: the kitchen has plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. There our pots and pans and mixing bowls, a Keurig, coffee pot, a drip pot, and a blender. There is not much storage space though. The Wi-Fi is great. There’s a TV in every room with lots of apps. There are plenty of outlets in the rooms. The balcony has four chairs and a table overlooking a beautiful view.

Fairly close to beach. Nice view. Quiet. Comfortable. Easy loading in and out. Kitchen amenities sparse. Floors not clean when we arrived. Balcony covered with charcoal dust. Hot/cold controls reversed in shower. 11 remotes for 4 TVs were impossible to decipher. On/off and volume controls for master bedroom were only operable manually on the TV itself, not by remote. 5 (five) remotes for living room TV. Unbelievable.

The condo was in a perfect location. It was very clean. The Host staff were very kind and helpful. It was spacious enough for a family of 6 to be very comfortable. The kids loved the beach and both pools.

Location and amenities were good.

This is a very old- and showing it’s age - complex. This unit really needs updating, especially the kitchen. The coil stove top did not function properly. There were both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. But bring EVERYTHING- it would have been nice to find salt and pepper and maybe a bit of coffee for the first morning joe. Also bring ALL beach goods. This is very much an economy unit.

Everything was great except had trouble trying to figure out which remotes to use on which tvs Will consider staying there if ever in that area again
