Beachfront Condo - Wall to Wall Glass with Amazing Views of Beach and Bay!

The view from the living space balcony was lovely. However, there was a serious lack of amenities- the towels in the bathrooms were very thin and only three sets. We had a two night stay which left one with damp thin towels after showering. Neither bath had a blow dryer. There were two coffee makers in the kitchen but no coffee. I expected at least one complimentary pot ur even a cup of coffee for guests. On the morning of our first full day we came in from a walk on the beach and found two men working in the hall bath fixing a water leak. There had been no communication from the office or the managing rental company. When I asked about this I was told the rental manager did not have communication with the condo maintenance team. Overall the stay rental was simply average. Next time when on South Padre Island I will vet the booking much more carefully.

Place was nice. Was cleanish. Spoke to property management and they promptly sent over a cleaner. The rooms were missingvsome slats so sunlight does get in and wake you up. Other than those issues, we were very satisfued with the location and the views from the property.

The views from all the balconies especially the top floor balconies were excellent. The accomodation was prepped well for our arrival and we had a good time with the pool and grill facilities.

Condo was great. We had a great time with the family. The place was very spacious with beautiful view all around. Great location, will definitely stay there again.

Great stay! Loved having 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the Gulf and also 1 overlooking the bay. Beautiful views from the living/kitchen area and from both rooms. Definitely would stay here again.

Great visit

We had a great stay for July 4th! Beautiful condo with tons of balconies and great views. We loved the pool, great hours. Good beach access! Very happy with stay, will be back :)

Everything about this property was amazing! Beautiful sunrise and sunset. There were several different balconies to capture all of the views. It is in a great location with easy access to the beach and everything on the island. There is plenty of space and seating for everybody to be comfortable. Very clean and just as described online. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again when we visit.

I will start by saying the views in this condo are top-notch and we loved that there was plenty of seating on the balconies.First issue was that the fridge did not work when we arrived, but there was a note in the fridge saying that because of the humidity in Texas, it may take a while for the fridge to cool down, so we were supposed to leave it overnight before reporting it. The management company opened at 9 AM and I called and told them the fridge wasn’t working. They said they would send maintenance over as soon as possible. The maintenance guy did not arrive until after 12pm. To make a long story short, he could not fix it, did not find this out until almost 5 PM. Then the management department said we could use the refrigerator of a different condo. At this time, it had been over 24 hours that we had purchased our groceries, so many of the perishable items we could not eat. I questioned management about refunding us for the groceries that we had to re-buy and all the bags of ice that we had to buy to keep the new perishable items cold. The girl said she would have to talk to management, but they might just give us a credit for next time we rent with them. I never heard anything from them again about this. Then the toilet in the guest bathroom also needed to be fixed, because it was making a horrible noise. Lastly, they did not provide hardly anything in there. Not a washcloth or even coffee filters. Not really the relaxing vacation I needed.

Great stay and beautiful view! Location to beach and pool is a short walk! The secondary bedroom looked as though there was a water leak above- needs repair and repainting on far wall. Otherwise it was clean and would recommend

This property was BEAUTIFUL!! The views throughout were jawdropping. The place was really clean. The owners/staff were so fast and responsive. I will definitely be back. Do not pass on this one. You will not regret it.

Property was beautiful and as described, great location with access direct to beach and minutes from restaurants and the island. On third day of stay, large storms rolled in with very heavy rain and wind. Seals were bad on patio door and main floor began to take on water. South Padre had tornado warnings and very bad flooding. Communication with manager about how to handle was slow due to many issues with multiple properties. Airports were even shut down due to flooding. Property was not updated or prepared for this weather. Otherwise, great stay and beautiful property! Just bad luck with the high winds and heavy rain…

My husband and I enjoyed our mini vacation with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. This condo had plenty of room for all of us. It has everything you need. It is beautifully decorated. And the views of the Gulf of Mexico are breathtaking.

This was our first stay at SPI. We had a great time. The property was wonderful! The view from all of the balconies was spectacular, from sunrise to sunset! The pools were outstanding and the beach access was great. For us, the beds were a little firm but manageable. If we return to SPI, we would stay here again!
