Beachfront Condo w/ Pool Access in Hollywood!

We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood. The views from the balcony are stunning, especially the sunrise! Grounds were well kept, the pool and beach access is great.

The host, Oscar, was welcoming and very helpful through the check in process. The view from the condo was amazing. The condo itself had everything we needed. Access to the pool and beach was easy.

Great location!! Could never get tv to work in primary bedroom. Lamps in 2nd bedroom were missing switch to turn on. Only could use one lamp. Over all place was clean. Kitchen was dated. But the view from balcony makes up for anything else!

Host was very responsive to questions and accomadating. We loved the balcony. Private area with a great view. 80 degrees and sunny most of our November stay. Living area spacious and clean. We liked the locked building and felt safe here.

Complicated check in process- but the views from the condo were amazing

The Host was so helpful and nice. Management of the property took care of all concerns. The location and the private oceanfront balcony were huge plusses. We had a great time.

Perfect location and beautiful views.

Oscar, our caretaker who helped with anything we needed, was fabulous! His communication and helpfulness was excellent and I'd like to award him, personally, a 10 out of 10! The property location is excellent. I think the property inside is a little dated and could use a little refresh - especially with the primary views of the ocean from the living room. The windows need to be replaced and currently are very hazy. They really detract from what would be phenomenal views. Oscar was an excellent host, though, and we would consider returning.

Beautiful Condo. With beautiful beach view

As other guests have mentioned, the unit is not lavishly appointed. It does not need to be, as the ocean views from the unit are worth the price of admission alone. If i was not on the in the ocean, sitting on the beach, or sitting by the pool, I was sitting on the balcony reading and enjoying the magnificent ocean view.The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, flatware, and other kitchen essentials for either short or long-term stays. The freezer even has a working ice-maker, which I have found, is not common in vacation rentals. I agree with other reviews that it would be wise to bring a few extra power strips or extension cords as this is an older building and the electrical outlets are not necessarily where you would expect or want them to be. There are enough beach chairs in the main closet for a medium/large family as well as pool toys and floaties for small children. There were also leftover/donated sunscreen and aloe gel, which we also donated to.

It was fine. We would come back again for this location facing the ocean end unit. But the location is what matters to us. Able to pick up necessities at Walmart 1 mile away. 18 mi from airport and same to cruise ships.The manager, Oscar is very attentive. Answers phone called immediately.

Everything was as pictured. View is STUNNING! Unit was very clean and well equipped. Check in is a little tricky but they give you clear instructions. Host was very welcoming and communicative. My only complaint is the pillows. They are old and really flat. Once you take pillowcases off some of them had some staining. New pillows and washable pillow covers are n deed. The bedspreads are clean but old and drab. Could use new in s with a little punch of color. Everything is brown. Overall, highly recommend! Beautiful view, great location, great hosts!

I traveled to Hollywood, FL for a business trip and stayed at this condo at the Tides. I had stayed at the Tides before and knew the location is fantastic.The VIP check in option was a pleasant upgrade from previous stays at the Tides. The communication from the owner and caretaker was very prompt and helpful. I would encourage anyone looking for a place with an amazing view that is situated right on the beach to rent this unit. I plan to come back with my wife and daughters.Dan

Host was great. Once you get through all the rules of the building everything was fine. Condo needs a deep cleaning.

The online listing was totally accurate and the place was very nice. Oscar made the check in process doable, otherwise it's a little confusing but he was a great help! The view and beach are incredible.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay in this beach front condo. The views were amazing and any issue we had was addressed. We really enjoyed the 4 brand new beach chairs. Other reviews stated mold being an issue. I have a son who is allergic to mold and he was completely unbothered. If mold was present he would have been a mess the entire 9 day rental. Additionally, we have stayed at The Tides a few other times and have never had a problem with the check-in process.

Great location for a pre cruise stay on the beach.

We had a wonderful experience. From check in to check out. Oscar met us at check in and was extremely informative! The condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was great, have to use Uber to get around. Best part was the spectacular view from the ocean front balcony.

The condo was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is another major advantage, conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the best that the area has to offer. Short drive to local restaurants and shopping malls. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

I Can say that the people helping with the check in were very kind however management is terrible , never have I ever experience a check in like this , you have to show up with the caretaker , pay 100 for 2 night parking pay $60 for a fob to be able to get into the building , wait to get wrist bands too and on top of that the condo was outdated and moldy , as soon as we open the door we could tell right away that it’s mold . The only good thing was the view Definitely not staying here again
