Stayed Jul 25, 2025Didn’t happen, the morning we were checking in it got cancelled due to a leak. Could not reach VRBO through app to see how to do a refund, we were there from out of town, had to look everywhere for a room in mid summer, Galveston Tx, and already out almost 600 for an event that started at 10 that morning at that facility.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Right off the start we were hit with a 35 dollar parking fee that was not disclosed anywhere in the listing, for as much as you pay you would think parking would be included or at least disclosed for people that are budgeting (like us). Communication with Fairly was terrible. I never got a response about how much it cost. Instead I got asked if I wanted to buy a condo…They also had a ring camera outside the front door that was not disclosed either. It’s not a big deal BUT it shows they don’t disclose a lot of information, Vrbo requires owners to disclose if there is a camera and they did not. Our last full day here was dampened when we went out to get my husband birthday donuts and when we got back the keypad lock was dead. It took 30 minutes to get a hold of anyone at the Fairly team. 30 minutes may not seem long but we were hot, had cold drinks that need to be refrigerated and wanted to eat our breakfast, I also had to use the bathroom and couldn’t get in. We were able to get in using a back up battery they had me hold up to the keypad to give it enough juice to open. Currently waiting on someone to come fix the lock so we can leave and not deal with this pain in the butt way to get in and out of the room. We waited about 1.5 hours. The property itself needs a lot of work. The kids pool had hair, bugs, two bandaids and other weird stuff floating in it. There’s also absolutely zero shade. Parking is tight and many spots are reserved for residents.
