Thank you for the few items available in the condo, e.g., tissue paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee, etc. I have been going to South Padre Island for over 15 years and the many condos and homes we have rented have never had any of the of these items. Stayed May 18, 2024We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and it simply couldn’t have been better. We value our limited travel opportunities so much that we are very particular when it comes to researching our destinations. We looked at tons of options before finally choosing this Beachfront Condo…and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Location: This is a top floor condo located directly on the beach. You walk out the back entrance and literally take a few steps across the dunes to reach the beautiful beach. The sand is soft, the gulf water is warm, the surf is perfect for wave jumping, and there is an outdoor shower where you can rinse off on your way back up. The elevator conveniently lets you out on the 6th floor directly across from the condo entrance. There is no property directly to the south, so it is a very quiet location. There was always plenty of room on the beach to set up chairs and an umbrella and relax all day. Condo: The view is BREATHTAKING! We would sit out on our private balcony every morning to have coffee and watch the sunrise. In the evenings, we would sit out there to listen to the waves and enjoy the oceanfront breeze. The central air conditioning is awesome!! We like to keep the condo cool and never had a problem. Great ceiling fan. The furniture is very comfortable. We mainly used the two recliners in the living room and the king bed in the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts!! Will definitely stay again!!
