Beachfront Condo, Steps to Pool & Gulf, Great Views! 1-bedroom, Updated in 2024!

The room was awesome as usual. All necessities you could need. The Host Julie is very punctual and so wonderful to work with for your stay. 2nd time staying there and will continue to stay at this location in the future. Very happy. Nice view also

We had an excellent and relaxing time at Julie's Condo..the condo was exceptionally clean, fully stocked Kitchen and nice walk-in shower... the VIEW from the front window and deck was perfect and the sunsets spectacular...the host was very responsive and got back to you quickly.

Very nice condo on the beach. Clean and had everything that you could possibly need for my wife and I. Comfortable bed and couch. Very happy with our stay.

My wife and I spent a week at this condo and all I can say is that this condo was perfect for us. Anything that we might have needed or thought we could use, Julie, our host, had it there for us to use. The outside was also perfect. The pool was nice but for us being a few steps from the beach and the warm waters of the gulf was exactly what we wanted. We liked it here so much we have already booked this condo for next year.

We had a wonderful experience . This unit is perfectly equipped .Owner is very responsive as is the complex manager ..The unit is updated and absolutely beautiful . Easy access to the beach along a brick pathway …Highly recommend

Loved this condo! The condo was beautiful, the kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfy and the view was outstanding.Since we flew to Ft Myers, having the beach chairs, umbrella and beach bags available was great, Julie has pretty much everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The property was in clean condition. The property offered just about every we needed and wanted.

Stayed with 2 adults and 2 children. Spacious for 4. By far one of the cleanest VRBOs we have rented! Super clean, very cute decor! And all of the extras we very much appreciated, wagon, beach gear, kids toys, etc., as well as a condiments, hair dryer, and we even found bandaids when we needed them. Great week!!

This condo had everything & was the perfect location for us to enjoy doing the things we love best. The expansive beach will be even better once the renourishment project is finished. So many shells! The kitchen was well equipped, the remodeled bath with walk in shower was light & bright, & the king size bed very comfortable. Balcony was great for morning coffee. TV & internet worked like a charm. EB&T is well managed & the community is very friendly. We enjoyed musical entertainment evenings, a Super Bowl party & weekly ice breakers. Five stars!
