Stayed May 16, 2025The room was EXACTLY as described (not always the case, but this unit was for sure!! They spared no expenses on furnishings, good quality furniture, and kitchen items. The staff at Casago was TOP NOTCH, very friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean could not have been any better, right from the balcony! Close to Flagler, walking distance to all dining and shopping. I will definitely book again if I'm able!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The view from the condo could not have been better! Within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants. While we had no issues, I also appreciate they have a property manager on site during regular business hours. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024The condo was beautiful and well equipped. Amazing view and location. Only negatives about the condo was no blender, single cup coffee machine didn’t work properly, and water filter for refrigerator was over 6 months expired and there was no ice maker. Also no vacuum so getting the sand up was impossible. The bigger let down about the property was that you get a text daily offering to swap out towels and refresh supplies. We decided to do that on day 3 and dropped off towels at noon. We were told we would be 1st on list and it would be a couple hours. We checked numerous times beginning at 3 pm. Finally had to go to the front desk and saw there was a huge pile of clean towels. I was told they weren’t for me so I couldn’t have any. Meanwhile I have 5 people waiting to shower for dinner reservations after a long day at the beach. I had to stand my ground and refused to leave until I had towels in hand. Had they been transparent, I would not have given them our towels or laundered them myself. I finally walked away at 5 pm with 5 bath towels (no wash cloths, Floor mats, or hand towels). This was a completely unnecessary stressful situation and reflects poor management. There should be ample linens for the entire property. Also the laundry room only takes coins /cash and closes early and opens late. There are so many other options I would probably never book Oceania again.
