Access to the covered balcony is just off the living area and there is also direct access to the balcony from the master suite. Indoors and on the balcony you will find comfortable seating and a stunning view of the pool deck, beach, and the Gulf and the perfect setting to enjoy the spectacular sunset.... Best seat in the house for sun sets! This is truly a condo set above the rest and every inch of the condo has been renovated beautifully. As of today this unit has never been rented and was designed for comfortable living and no expense was spared! Come be one of our first guests at this opulent 2 bed two bath condo featuring a luxurious king bed in the master suite and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. Both bathrooms feature beautiful tiled walk in showers we know you will love! At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Just Jump Trampolene Park, Panama City Beach has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car.
