Everything about our stay was fabulous. The check in process was very easy. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking with the beach being only steps away. The included beach chairs and umbrellas were so convenient. We had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning to this piece of heaven very soon!

We really loved this place! It was perfect for the two of us and so nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach with gorgeous sunset views. It was also within easy walking distance of several restaurants.

The location is excellent. Beautiful views and direct access to the beach. With a two week stay no on-site laundry was a let down.

Lovely hosts, let us check in slightly earlier than planned. Condo was stunning, and had the perfect view, perfect location and well equipped with everything that we needed. Was a shame that the sofa bed moved alot while my children were asleep, and main bed was very noisy/squeeky. But quite comfy, We had no wifi or TV for the children in the evening which was not ideal. But there was an outage in the area so no fault of the hosts at all. Was a lovely stay and we would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful View of the Gulf of America . Viewed Schools of Dolphins off the Building Upper porch daily .Very Nice accommodations and Host. Great access to the Beach .Bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were Great .

The place was clean, well maintained, and the view of the gulf was amazing!

Great experience all around. Great part was seeing dolphins everyday and even baby sea turtles being let loose on the beach. We definitely will be back

Very nice right on the beach.

The view was spectacular, however the property was old and a little run down. The host was great on communicating and let us check in early and out late. With that being said the property was old run down and the stairs were a little rickety. the inside was very dated and the furniture was old and not comfortable. The best part of the experience was the view and the beach.

We were looking for somewhere to stay ON the beach and we accomplished that with this stay. We loved the location and so glad they had umbrellas/beach chairs for us to borrow. Great place!

While our stay started off rough with flight delays and more leading to a 6am “late”arrival & profound travel fatigue, we found the condo to be welcoming and comfortable. The shared deck/balcony and construction taking place on the property was difficult for my husband with dementia to understand. The laundry service and lower level are still being restored from the hurricane. I am glad to support the comeback with our stay! The easy walk out to the beach and back made everything perfect and I would definitely book here again. The building has other condos with more bedrooms and we may come back with family or friends. The convenience of the beach access is fabulous and the bed was quite comfortable. All anyone needs!

Despite the recent hurricane that took out the lower level of this condo and other residential and commercial buildings, this stay was lovely. We were left with a bottle of nice red to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was clean and a perfect location. We stayed in unit 11 and it has stunning views of the beach and direct access via some stairs. It comes with beach chairs and even a high chair if needed. It has great walk-ability to local bars and restaurants and on-site parking. Highly recommend this and other other units managed by the same owners.

Post hurricane review: Although the first floor has damage, this space on the top floor is just right. The stairs and beach access are safe. The unit is very clean and well stocked. The hosts are attentive and respond quickly. I highly recommend this space.

This was exactly what I was looking for, it fit my family perfectly and the location on the beach was great. Watching the sunset every night what the highlight of our trip they were amazing

Planned to get married 10/4/24. Helene gutted 1st floor 8 days before our beach wedding. Property mngmnt had our second floor unit in perfect shape for our stay. Great people, went above and beyond. Will return.

This place was amazing, from the view of the ocean to the proximity to Clearwater if you want more action but still your own private beach at the condo! This condo was amazing! Easy check in, super clean, and well stocked with all you need. Also there was a bottle of wine and wine glasses waiting for us when we checked in! We are already planning our next trip, but with the kids and we hope to book this place again!! I am an avid reader of reviews to pick the right place, well you will not be disappointed with this one! Just book it!!

We loved this condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for our trip - 2 adults and 2 kids. The beach was amazing and not packed at all even with it being July 4th. It was great not having to deal with chair rentals. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be back again.
