Located directly on the white, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, in a quiet, six-story elevator building with under complex parking. This exclusive beachfront resort, Madeira Sands, with just 20 units and a private pool, offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy an amazing Gulf sunset from your private balcony. Enjoy long walks on the wide, white, uncrowded, sandy beach. This unit is very well furnished and completely remodeled.

Our luxury three bedroom, two bath condois a fifth floor, center unit, with fantastic VIEWS of the GULF of MEXICO from the master bedroom and living room. The balcony extends across the living room and master bedroom. Our condo is beautifully decorated, with high end furniture, appliances and ceramic tile throughout. Top Quality mattresses for a restful sleep.

There are king sized beds in two of the bedroom and a trundle (queen/full) in the third bedroom. The master bath has a granite countertops, double bowl vanity, two closets and a separate HUGE shower area. All bedrooms have Flat screen TV's with access to streaming services. Living Room and Master also have cable (bedrooms do NOT have cable). Living room has 70 inch TV. Strong Wifi included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all dishes/pots/cutlery supplied, as well as coffee maker and blender. There is a bar area between the kitchen and living room that sits 3. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the pantry off the kitchen. Wetbar has a small refrigerator and sink.

The private balcony has a table and 4 chairs along with a chairs. We also provide chairs and other amenities that can be used on the beach.

Under cover parking for one unit and visiting parking in the outside car park.

    Loved the property. Pool area still needs a lot of work. Lights were off in parking garage, and on every floor for most of the month. Was very dark when we came home at night. Noticed a lot of people coming from off the beach and randomly parking in lot to swim in the pool or going to the beach. Our owners were very quick to respond and took care of all our needs.

    We loved this unit with such incredible views and nice space. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable to live in and entertain. The owners were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. It is close to everything as well. We were able to walk to John’s Pass and a number of eating/shopping areas. I didn’t want to leave!
